Idk, man. There's a difference between "he made me run for thirty minutes" and "he made me run a literal marathon on a treadmill after I spent ten to fifteen days in isolation while being sleep-deprived". I think this guy has some issues but we do have to remember he was most likely young, this was one of his first jobs, and he needed the money. Isolation and sleep deprivation are no joke. People who claim they can go without sleep for weeks are either lying or lying to themselves about the toll it takes on the body.
