A decent runner does 5 kilos in around 16-20 minutes. I'm not a crazy good runner and I'm close to 20's at my best.
Non-fatties like me can walk closer to 3.5-4 miles per hour, so yeah, it takes nearly 6 hours to walk a full marathon if you want to. People who actually train for decades can't break 2 hours, and I'm a walker at heart. You'd probably know that if you left your basement, you fat retard.

Contrary to seemingly a lot of people here I actually appreciate the interviewee, his testemonies and can see why the is the way he is.
TL;DR:
The interviewee is an inherently emotional person who pretty much got squeezed for everything Beast studios could get out of him for as little as possible, typical corporate manipulation techniques along with a healthy side of physical and mental abuse.

Yeah, he mentioned the guy was black and said "who am I some white kid to be making more than him", which is cringe as fuck. But considering the nog in question was both older and had a kid, I can see why the guy had the reaction that he had. The interviewee strikes me as a person who's pretty emotional to begin with and considering the overall working conditions of the studio, it wouldn't surprise me if his time at Beast genuinely left a significant mark on his psyche. Not to mention he said he grew up broke as fuck in NC, which isn't that unrealistic from what I know. Having been bottom of the barrel poor myself, I can't imagine what kind of mental pressure the guy must've been under, being *this* close to all those juicy bonuses and money being flung around but seeing all the horrid shit along with it, essentially having to tap dance through corporate kid-friendly hell to finally get out of brokeness.
Rate me a fruity faggot, but being an emotional person isn't inherently a bad thing if you know how to manage it, but it does open you up to taking more & heavier blows and opens you up to manipulation more than someone who's more of the overly rational side, like Jimmy seems to be.
As far as the "being edited out for having too much personality" part, I think that he definitely was told that & is still under the deluision/coping that it's true.

You see this a lot in the corporate world done to more vulnerable people where they will work their ass off because of (false) hints dropped by management making them believe that with just a bit more effort, they'll get that promotion, bonus, or raise. Only for some evaluation to come along, nicely set up to point out some bullshit otherwise non-factor excuse as to why the employee just *barely* didn't make the cut for the previously mentioned desirable things.
Corporate doesn't have to pay extra, employee is briefly hurt but will likely fall into the "ahw geez awh man I was so close if only I talked more and smiled more to Jinny from HR at the water cooler! Then I'd be considered more sociable and I would've gotten it! I gotta try harder!".
Besides, people will put up with a lot of shit if they see money thrown around around them to other employees. Being given that carrot on a stick of "Ah geez dude it's just that your personality is so great, we can't have you take away attention from the rest! Stick around and we might get a project where you can shine! ", which he of course ended up getting.
