There are a lot of very scandalous rumors about Harris being passed around by California politicians back in the day, some going as far as to suggest there are photos or video of her at orgies. That's a rather incredulous claim, but even if it's not that extreme I expect more of her past in regards to whatever actually happened to come out. Actual leaked photos or videos of her getting yards of cock run through her would probably be the most surprising thing I could imagine.
I'm voting for Kamala Harris because we need a president who sucks cock and eats ass and gets fucked in the ass with cocks and eats cum

Few things make me feel older than hearing Metallica's "Enter Sandman" getting played on the classic rock station.
Nigga I've seen things like The Killers being considered classic rock, and I'm like But that's a recent band
In my mind, these bands are still filed under "new music"

All due respect, do medals even mean anything anymore? You could practically get a medal for taking a mean shit when a war kicks off.
It really depends on your unit and time period.

Let's look at some examples:

Kerry was given 3 Purple Hearts. Sounds impressive, right? Well, his first one he fired the M79 grenade launcher during an ambush, hit the forward gunner's shield, and took a piece of shrapnel in his arm from his own fire. The wound was so minor he just got an antibiotic and a bandage and returned to duty. He went to sick call THE NEXT DAY, that's how badly wounded he was, LOL. His second and third were for: throwing a flash grenade into a basket of rice and getting rice grains embedded in his ass. Treated at sick call and released. The other was 'got hooked on thorns' and had to have them removed. Returned to duty.

Now, I won't shit on him. It was The Nam, and that place was notoriously shitty and records and recollections are spotty at best. But still... LOL

By the 80's, when Walz was in, the standing statement was: "We don't give awards for doing your job..." but that also depended on your chain of command and who you sucked up to. I knew a guy who got an AAM for buffing a floor. Sounds stupid, right? Well, it was a major command inspection, he spotted the scuff marks on the orderly room floor, removed his dress shoes, buffed the floor real quick, ran across on his socks, put back on his dress shoes, ran out to formation. The commander was pleased at the high polish on the floor and commented as such to the CO.

That commander and the CSM he was with were the kinds of dickheads that LITERALLY put a q-tip into a plug-in socket to see if there was dust. God, what a tool.

I knew a LOT of guys, people who weren't line slime, that only got an ARCOM or an AAM or even NOTHING for going to Desert Storm or Panama.

"You were just doing your job and we don't give medals for doing your job..."

Then you had asshole officers and Pentagon cheese eaters getting awards for handing in a piece of paperwork 10 minutes early.

What matter, what REALLY matters, is what's on the award letter.

I have an AAM (Army Achievement Medal), which is the lowest actual medal, that I'm particularly proud of. The award letter mentioned that I was the NCOIC as a Corporal for an operation that lasted four months, exceeding operational objectives, ensuring safety, with no severe injuries, under extreme conditions, in hazardous environments, dealing with hazardous materials, while completely unsupervised and often out of contact with command with little to no support from other units.

My Platoon Leader got a Meritorious Service Medal for what I did, despite the fact he arrived at the unit in the last month and didn't even know I existed until I came back and started filing all the paperwork. (At the time, Bronze Stars were considered for ONLY combat or combat support during an active operation. The MSM was the highest peacetime medal you could get)

A Chief Warrant Officer in my unit got an MSM for completing his bachelor's degree while on Active Duty. (God, I hated that lazy shamming faggot)

Another guy in my unit got an ARCOM for stopping an out of control truck. Sounds sus, right? Well, the truck's brakes went out going down a hill and it was loaded with ammo. He pulled a CUC-V in front of it and nursed the brakes for FIVE MILES down a serious grade, eventually getting the truck to stop BEFORE it reached a small German town where there was a sharp corner. He and the truck drivers and his crew got awarded for jumping out and putting out the fire from the overheated brakes before the ammo could catch on fire. God knows how many people he saved. They even mentioned his bravery and quick thinking and how he saved lives in the award letter.

It was peacetime, so getting an ARCOM, or, hell, even being recognized for it was amazing. (Plus, out unit was notoriously stingy when it came to the rank and file getting awards)

As you can see, medals are weird.

BUT...

Senior NCOs like Walz collect them like candybars. Every time their subordinate gets a medal, they always put themselves in for an award too. After all, they're the leaders, right?

Walz should have had a TON of medals, even with the "you don't get them for doing your job" because after he hit SSG (E-6) his job WAS leadership.

But he doesn't have them.

Which says a lot.

TL;DR: Medals are weird and the award letter matters more than the award itself.

Had a similar experience on an aircraft carrier. We were turning an engine one the sidelines during flight operations and the engine burst into flames. Myself, the plane captain, and an avionics guy were the only ones nearby. We all jumped into action and did all the shit we had been trained to do in the event of a fire and the aircraft was saved. The avionics guy got a NAM. The PFC that handed us a halon bottle got a NAM. The entire Navy DC and fuel crews that were on duty got NAMs. My gunny hated mine and the plane captain's guts, so we got nothing.

We had guys in admin that had multiple meritorious medals that never stepped out from behind a desk and guys that carried their shop on their back that constantly got stiffed. It's all about who likes/hates you. If I see a higher up with a giants stack that doesn't have any combat stars or V's, I just assume they were a desk jockey that played the game.

I was having a conversation about politics with some people I work with and two of the women were complaining about Trump wanting to take away their body autonomy and how they could never vote for him for that. Both of these women are almost certainly menopausal. Some Democrats are just fucking stupid.
I’ve dealt with this shit too. I calmly remind them of what went on (and they supported) during the COVID hysteria, and that the vaccine mandate was the most egregious breach of bodily autonomy imaginable. I remind them that it was Biden who put a metaphorical gun to all of our heads to get the shot, or risk job loss, financial hardship, and be unable to put food on the table for ourselves/our families. This was something experienced at the current place of business where we’re all working, until SCOTUS overturned that nonsense. Clearly, Biden is a greater threat to “bodily autonomy” than Trump.

Watching them struggle to justify the COVID bullshit, while going on about MUH BODILY AUTONOMY wrt abortion is always entertaining. You can see them get an inkling that the principles (or lack thereof) that they hold near and dear are flawed/inconsistent- even if they can’t bring themselves to admit it.

Kamala picking Walz was appeasing the far-left at the expense of the moderate Dems. As governor, Walz gave the trannies all they want, encouraged ratting others out during the COVID pandemic, and gave illegal immigrants drivers licenses. With how big of an issue the border is, giving illegals drivers licenses sounds like a loser.

Also, Shapiro is smart for denying the VP pick. He is thinking about his future.
I need to correct this because the real reason he was picked it almost transcendent in its stupidity. He was chosen, singularly, because Kamala liked him. No electoral math, no considering what he brings to the table, absolutely no considering what faults he has. Kamala looked at a short list of governors and senators and picked the person she personally liked the most.

And she chose this way specifically to spite the Establishment Faction.

Kamala is part of the Progressive (Prog) Faction

Her getting the defacto presidency as Biden, from the few appearances we have seen him, has suffered major damage from his stroke. He is speaking more or less as he was but his energy went from low to non-existent... and he is probably bedridden most of the time. Kamala is the President now in fact if not in name. And when it came time to pick her VP candidate... she was the one who had the final say.

Shapiro was being pushed by the Establishment Faction, he was their pick, and hence why we see Kamala being railed on by the RINO part of the establishment for her choice. The Democrat portion remains silent because firing on their own publicly is a bad idea. Still, using a variety of excuses for why she shouldn't pick Shapiro, she instead chose the one she personally liked... and damn the electoral math.

Wait... did that short, dumpy Secret Service chick who bungled the magazine during the attempt on Trump get reassigned to JD's detail?

Or is she just the type they are using? I'm not good at this, but the height and facial features seem to match up.
what would Trump's VP being assassinated do for his election odds?

Civil war. Civil war, and I'm not being hyperbolic about it either. The thread of piece that is keeping all this from getting bloody is thin as it is. If either Vance or Trump eat a bullet or disappear in an explosion, it means civil war.

We would have a bleeding Kansas if something fatal happen to jd, but if they lose even after the assassination attempts. Yeah civil war is imminent. People always forget about bleeding Kansas as the precursor to the civil war.
