The founder of the Ministry of Women beat his wife. It's been confirmed that the former president brutally hit Fabiola Yañez.

Former first lady Fabiola Yañez sent Infobae the pictures and chats she attached to her police denounce to (n: former president) Alberto Fernandez proving he brutally beat her during his presidency in Quinta de Olivos (n: presidential residence).
According to the snapshots, the beatings against his former wife started in August 2021, during the covid pandemic. In the images, we can see Fabiola with bruises on her arm and face. These are pics she sent to the former president, reproaching his violent behavior: (the grammar is terrible, I'm trying to decipher what it seems it means): "this shouldn't work like this, you beat me all the time. It's unbelieveable. I can't let you do this to me when I haven't done anything to you. And all I try to do with my focused mind is defending you and you phisically beat me. There is no explanation".
The screencaps also show the answer of the former head of state: "stop fighting. At the end, we end up in bad terms due to everybody else. Please, come." Yañez insists: "you're gonna beat me again. you're crazy". Fernandez replies: "I feel bad":
"You've been hitting me three days in a row," Yañez responds, and the former president reacts: "it's hard to breath. Please, stop. I feel really bad".
Yañez sent the pics to Fernandez reproaching his violent attitude: "and when you shook me by the arms you let me bruises. This is when you shook me".
Yañez finished his denounce against Fernandez this past August 6. She did it through a videocall with Federal Judge Julián Ercolini, who charged the president for lesions.
Ercolini had audiovisual evidence that alerted about domestic violence against the former first lady after the examination of the phone of Maria Cantero, known secretary of Fernandez, during another investigation the former head of state is part of due to bribing.
Warned of such documentation, Ercolini ordered to open a second file and let the office for gender violence be part of it. Agents of this area contacted Yañez and offered protection in case she decided to formalize her accusation against Fernandez.
Once she did, judge ordered a series of restrictions against the ex-president, officially notified this August 8. Alberto Fernandez can't leave the country, come close to his ex-wife or talk to her in any way. This was specified as Yañez alleged to be suffering "psicholigicaly terrorism" when she talked with Ercolini.
This Friday, Fernandez will talk with El Pais newspaper to explain his side., but in front of an audience that already knows he's a violent women beater. Next step will be Fabiola's declaration, despite not being yet scheduled, could happen soon. Then, justice will order preventive jail for him and end up in jail.
