It's only harassment and/or touching the cow if someone on this forum went out and catfished June or Meigh with the specific intent of getting their nudes to post here to inflict distress or reputational harm on them, and if that did happen I'm 99% sure the user in question would be instantly banned and probably reported to the police because what they did is an actual crime.
