I disagree. A lawsuit using their own law against them, especially if caught on camera, presented as evidence in a televised courtroom quoting from their laws will at the very least be proof of a two tier system.

Unfortunately this is true and a old problem. Republicans in the Chamber of Commerce want laborers but still want the anti immigration vote, so laws are restrictive as fuck if you come legally.
