The 'no survivors' video was actually pretty good. (Though I'm not sure why he decided to include a pointless written statement about the WGA strike, as if he's somehow involved). He's always been able to identify concepts in cinema that people are familiar with, yet haven't been widely discussed.


It's kind of funny to me that the reason his audience is stagnant is largely down to him self sabotaging by pushing retarded social and political takes in the middle of otherwise decent videos.

I'm about 20 mins in, I think it actually suffers for him having access to some of the cast and one of the directors, he's hardly going to suggest to them that the play isn't universally regarded to be as clever as they think it is. Also the problem about making content about a play is that only a relatively tiny proportion of people would have been able to see a performance even if they had wanted to. Still it's interesting though.

If Lindsay Ellis shit it out, her fans would have been quite happy. Poor Kyle though it's just not going to get him an audience.

I don't know if I told this story on this thread, but he might be.

So, years ago, while talking about her time meeting the CA people, Screaming Mantis (Who JewWario tried to rape) mentioned that the night before, Kyle was acting creepy and tried to crawl into bed with her. When she wouldn't fuck him, he started crying about how she was the closest thing to a girlfriend he'd ever had or something along those lines. Mantis was a big tit blonde who acted like a Hooters waitress pre-rape. A lot of smiles, affection pats, and kind words to people. There was a Flaming Brian episode she did while she was dating Brad where she's constantly acting more like Brian's girlfriend than Brad's while he's filming Brian doing a hot wing challenge. Apparently she was just naturally nice.

For someone like Kyle, that was probably the first time a woman actually seemed interested in him. She's meeting someone whose show she likes, and she's connected to Brad so everyone welcomes her in with open arms, so she assumes she's friends with all of them now. But for him, a pretty girl being nice to him is so rare he immediately falls in love with her. When Lindsay told him about what JW did, he was probably thinking "lucky bastard".

You summed it up nicely. I remember when Spoony had his mental breakdown on Twitter and Kyle replied he "loved" Spoony. To show some positivity and Spoony chewed his ass out. I wished I had that post because that's when I discovered Kyle and even at that moment he sounded like someone who was not genuine.
