There was a page leaked from the drug testing of women at an earlier Olympics a few years ago (I remember seeing it on Twitter but never kept a copy). It showed a list of medal winners in various women's events and the level of testosterone in their bloodstream. The last column put them into one of three categories. Three categories because the testosterone levels fell into one of three clear ranges. Winners with a level of 0-2 were marked as clean winners. Those with a level of 10-40 were marked as dopers (although it wasn't possible to prove exactly how and to ban them - this was a few Olympics ago). The last group had a level of 400-1000 and were categorised as men. There were quite a few of them.
