Its so true how much resentment he has towards those who genuinely like him.

I personally believe that a lot of people support money because they don't give a flying fuck where it ends up, which is totally fine by me (people that get angry about this shit genuinely perplex me). Some do it to "troll", others because they're running off the hype from KC. However, there is a really small subset of folk, who are so disabled beyond belief, and they give money to Phil because they genuinely see nothing wrong with him as a person. These are the kind of people I will never understand.

ALT has mentioned a few times he has a (presumably part-time) translation job he does from home and his wife works full time. I can’t comment on his ‘nice life’ as he never mentions it. I think he once said he lives not far from Wings which isn’t the most affluent area.

Regardless, however much he makes from it I think I’m ok with it. He’s an incredibly funny & entertaining host with some top notch production and spends ridiculous hours digging up obscure lore for us to laugh at.

Conversely Doody puts some clips together, adds adverts then calls it a day.

That’s just how I see it, your mileage may vary.

I like ALT too, he's mostly funny and mostly on target. A translation job like he has, 99% chance you make your own hours, so that's likely why he can spend days streaming. I doubt he's wealthy from that or from TBS, but since he's not begging me for tips every 10 minutes, I don't care how much money he makes. If he can get paid, good for him.

Also, just so I don't back-to-back post, Phil doesn't care about having friends. And even his gin brain knows KC is half-mocking him; he said yesterday that the KC guys are praising him because it's funny. He's doing this KC arc because he made a ridiculous amount of money on that stream. When he says "treated with respect", he means make money. When he says, "allowed to collaborate with others" he means do collaborations that make money. Which again, fine, but that's his only concern.

He did really drink from a poisoned chalice with this one. Not only does he realize that his whales give him a pittance and Phil is sniffing for money constantly but he now realizes how small his place on the internet actually is he can get 350 viewers on a good day but 3000. Unbeknownst to Phil is that KC is relatively small and Jim on average a stream gets about 15k live watchers but his chat is relentless but also die hard Jim fans. Phil thinks he can trick Jim into appearing on his stream to net his super chats because his superchats dwarf KC. This disgusting fuck is willing to trick Jim into appearing on his stream whilst Jim has been brutally honest and said the reason why he is doing a lot of this is so Jade can be comfortable when he dies.

I was disgusted at Phil yesterday for outright treating his mentally impaired wife live like shit, yet he is willing to try and hoodwink Jim. Jim is pretty beloved in these spaces and PPP and Warski know this but this guy is at least attempting this. Phil is a pretty gross person but goddamn this year we are running fast.
