Watched this guy's latest video and I want to like it but he is definitely one of those "Man I don't care if you're gay or brown or whatever dude, just don't shove it in my face." Types and that irks me.

He also said his discord is free speech so long as you "Don't use slurs." I get the feeling this guy is grifting more than anything.

He will go off about satanists running the world and how much he hates gay propaganda but I bet if you pop him the JQ he will tell you to cool it with the anti-simetic remarks.

It does make me a bit sad to see Synth became yet another generic rage bait anti-woke review channel with a side of conspiracy doom posting. He could've carved out a nice niche reviewing older classics and encouraging people to try out those old games as a remedy for current day.

What even is this video? Redlettermedia's video on the Borderlands movie was at least funny, I'm sure when Possum Reviews puts out his video int three months it will be hilarious like most of his videos.

This video is just Synth repeating the plot synopsis word for word in a monotone voice, very very low quality.

It is because discord will nuke the entire server and the moderators of said server if you use slurs constantly. He is just doing self-preservation
 
Last couple videos aren't doing so hot. Flintlock has 72k views and the Borderlands video has 52k. I know he doesn't really care because he lives with his parents has few expenses but still it's a downward trend.

TBF, he's getting quite similar to them sadly. You could even say he's getting sloppy.

Only difference is that he uses slightly more edgy language like naming the J and occasionally slipping an n-word, troon word, or faggot on a vid. Really the main highlights of Synth right now is his video on the Fallout TV show (and why it's retarded slop no one should watch) and occasionally his spergy moments on stream.

To his defense, there isn't much to say about the movie
However, if you got nothing to say, why put out a video in the first place?
To remain relevant in the algorithm and to not appear inactive - not to the benefit of the viewer, but solely for egotistical reasons

They were both very boring and expected. People didn't even know Flintlock existed and the Borderlands movie being trash was also expected. His videos do well when he is taking something like Ragnarok to task but there hasn't been anything popular for him to shit on for a while.

He needs to do another Gaming is Dead or something else to fill the void. As it stands these are mostly low effort filler content videos and feel like it.

He didn't add anything to the conversation and wasn't running counter to any grifter narratives.

My personal opinion is that someone should try and get this guy to play some GUST or Compile Heart games. I'd like to see his own reaction to those kinds of games (Yeah, quite a few of them, at least circa 2018-2020 have yuri undertones) that considering some of his own takes regarding woke politics and conditioning would make a quite interesting review. Especially contrasting their older stuff to the slop they're putting out now.

Both companies have been going for ESG mandated slop as of late. One can release a "gory" Z-rated game but then add some weird ass Zootopia or FF16 tier allegory about discrimination, borderline fanfiction tier writing compared to previous games, and release store bonuses that look extremely fucking tame and soulless compared to their previous lower CERO rated games. The latter also has a former EA executive working at the company now, and if that doesn't spell doomsday, I don't know what will.

He stated as much on stream. YouTubers are producers at the end of the day and do need to create products even if they're not diverse opinion-wise. Also all of his vids are great for falling asleep to since its not serious enough to make me actually rage but stimulating enough to distract myself to sleep with the comfyness of the chuddy undertones. He has a good voice.

His Flintlock video wasnt too bad. I actually liked that one. But this Borderlands video is just filler content. Its a really unneeded video. I felt the same with his Barbie video last year. Its been awhile since he made a masterpiece game review. His Starfield and Spiderman 2 reviews were solid gold. Same with his GOW Raganarok review. Does anyone here have any fav reviews from our futa loving edgelord?
