Ignoring the weirdo on this thread lol, but you hit on a really important thing here. Part of why I've been so interested in all this bullshit around Imane Khelif is that it genuinely freaks me out how leftist society as a whole is trying to gaslight (literally!! in the actual sense of the term!!) everyone about this obvious man. And like you said, it's not exactly a new thing, but it's seriously scary when you can't go on any other social media site without being inundated in people pretending it's "totally obvious" that Imane Khelif is a woman and literally erasing and deleting any semblance of objection, question or fact that might go against that narrative. If you scroll Reddit popular, you'll find tons of posts about how Imane Khelif is an "amazing obvious woman" and "you go guuuuurl" type shit and the comments are literally 100% cult-approved narrative-supporting responses, they delete anything that even so much as questions their created reality. It makes me feel crazy. And that's the point, to make anyone who doubts their cultish vision of "true reality" feel like a crazy person and allow themselves to be brainwashed into their "truth".Before this shitshow started, I read on wikipedia of all places that the guy was banned for having XY chromosomes from some other boxing matches. I'm not even gonna bother going back to wikipedia for that as I'm sure it has been memory holed by now. It's insanely alarming how they try to rewrite reality and try to force us all to play along. I mean this is not exactly news, but it's always shocking anew when you are confronted by it. I guess claiming (under threat of lawsuit) that your athlete is totally female you guys is the new doping. This makes women's competitive sports completely pointless.
The NPC meme is very apt. I think there will be studies about online mass hysteria in the future exactly about this type of frenzy. They have the same talking points in every post and every discussion, to the point that it's actually creepy.
I blame social media. I think most people lack the amount of critical thinking required to handle the sheer flood of things they are "supposed to" have an opinion on and just fall into a group to which they subscribe wholesale. They have no genuine opinion of their own. If their social media tribe would dictate to them that Imane Khelif should be murdered (which would be equally retarded and wrong, he should get to live his life peacefully, just not while taking part in women sports) most people would just fall in line and join in on the murder fanasies. They are herd animals. There are some actors that apparently know this well and obviously exploit it to the fullest extend for their own purposes. What these actors cannot have is discord or people challenging the narrative, as it thins their herd with which they get things done. That's how non-issues for most suddenly turn into matters of life and death. Contrary to popular belief, people saying mean things to you on the internet is not life-ending.creepy
There's no discovery. It's not a lawsuit it's a criminal complaint that will go nowhere for many reasons, most notably that France doesn't have jurisdiction to prosecute citizens of other nations that are not even within their borders.
The prosecutor that received this complaint will be dropping it in a file drawer or a garbage can promptly.
I'm a little curious as to how a woman in Algeria is going to sue a UK woman in the UK and a South African man in America through a French prosecutor. Especially when the case is "They said mean things about me online" like there aren't a million ways that could be interpreted anywayOh I'm sorry. Did you think you were going to waltz into the Olympics like Rosa Parks walking up to a bus stop, beat the shit out of a bunch of women, and not have people make fun of you for being a violent troon?
I was kinda hoping he would stick around long enough for his responses to dip into the negatives. I can't imagine how he got any positive ratings anywhere.(just so you don't waste your own precious dilatin' time, people have stopped bothering responding to you now)
has JK ever actually said this? I see people say it but I've never seen it come with a screencap. As far as I know she's avoided commenting on the riots so far.Rowling is based cause fuck troons, but not that based cause Rowling is ok with paki rape gangs as long as none of the pakis identify as women.

I've said that I think Rowling made a major error in not having a sense of decorum about this whole controversy
Serious answer: It’s a children’s book, and normies don’t care that the magic system works in every autistic detail. Because it’s not very interesting to anyone but autists.I just don't understand why wizard battles always boil down to shooting ineffectual lasers back and forth, may as well just use a gun at that point. why don't wizards do cool shit, like apparate rocks into eachothers lungs, or boil eachothers blood, or shoot electricity to blow up eachothers pacemakers?

I strongly suspects that she never said that, and that you just made it up.
Yeah but kids love cool shit, and turning water into dragons and making your enemies shoes turn into lead is cooler shit than pewpew. I'm not asking for a breakdown of how spells are constructed, just cool shit. I gave you a HIGHLY autistic rating, but it's a mark of endearment, my pacemade friend.Serious answer: It’s a children’s book, and normies don’t care that the magic system works in every autistic detail. Also wizards don’t use muggle medicine like pace makers, so your proposed scenario is HIGHLY erroneous, and makes me stress sigh.
But why would you turn your opponent's shoes into lead when they could zap you with the killing spells while you're at it? They had all this other fun shit between the kids when the stakes were lower. Remember Ron vomiting slugs?Yeah but kids love cool shit, and turning water into dragons and making your enemies shoes turn into lead is cooler shit than pewpew. That was admittedly a bad example, but like, when Voldemort and Dumbledore fought they were making fire snakes, turning sand into shards of glass to throw at eachother, drowning eachother in the fountain. You can aim higher than pew pew lasers and when the books do they're better for it.But why would you turn your opponent's shoes into lead when they could zap you with the killing spells while you're at it? This is exactly the kind of magic in the books, though - especially in the more childish early books. Making someone belch slugs. Making someone who blabbed a secret break out in pimples which spell "SNITCH" on their face. Giving every student who tried to sneak into an age-restricted tournament comical old man beards. Cursing the reader of a magic book to speak only in limericks. Tons of examples. The pew-pew shit only happens in the movies (and in parts of the book where the exact spells used are unimportant). If anything, the main difference between "good" witches/wizards and "bad" witches/wizards is that the baddies get the boring kill/torture/control spells while the goodies use goofier spells that make your feet dance out of control etc.Yeah but kids love cool shit, and turning water into dragons and making your enemies shoes turn into lead is cooler shit than pewpew. Maybe this lolsuit won't be bad after all.Troons do realize that, in order to prove that someone calling another a man as the basis of slander, they'd have to accept that there is an objective measure to gender past 'I just feel like it', right?
What scares me more is just how quickly they will deny that they ever supported these ideas in the first place when it becomes unfashionable. It makes me feel crazy.
