Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

I wouldn't put it past them to write it up as the alt right Pepe harassers anyway, the paint huffing post's relationship with reality is more casual than most grindr hookups.

They probably will do, but I for one would be interested in seeing how they manage to do that. The victim's own widow has gone on the record, repeatedly and explicitly and (above all) PUBLICLY, stating that TLL's alt-right hate-boner narrative is categorically false. And that TLL has attacked her for the heinous 'crime' of asking them to stop being terrible little ghouls and using Elizabeth's death for their sick profiteering game.

Yeah. I really want to see how they'll manage to spin that narrative.

I hope the story gets picked up by reputable news orgs, especially ones with a positive history of the LGBT community. It's only a matter of time, in my opinion.

Tick tock, Greta. Tick tock.

If it was just us pepes saying "no that's a gigantic crock of shit" sure, but not with Amanda publicly threatening to contradict it. I think she'll just pass on the story as soon as she realises it's more complicated than she first assumed.

It probably was a simple case of 'transgender kids need support to not off themselves' and then stumbled into this nuclear grade autism troon battle ground. Seeing as how one of the subjects at hand was a substance abusing gorilla who finally made good on his constant threats of suicide, that's probably not what they wanna focus on. My guess: they find 3 sad teens who died to write about and ignore all of this TLL business.

I know this is autistically optimistic, but it sure would be nice if they actually wrote a story that exposes TLL as the scam that it is.

There are very few people as vulnerable and easily misled than people in crisis reaching out to someone who publicaly claims they can help.

The entire community as a whole would be stronger if someone would have the courage to stand up to the virtue signaling and Trans posturing to rip the bandaid off that infected wound and let the salve of journalism wash it clean.

Maybe more trans folk in crisis won't die as a result of being misled into thinking Greta and TLL are anything but shysters who've found a vulnerable audience.

I'd love you to be right but it ain't gonna be HuffPoop that writes that story. So, with great regret I have to give you the made up rating "Autistimistic"

So I ran some numbers on their "17,500 calls in 2 years", and we'll see if we can learn anything from them.

That number comes out to roughly 23 calls a day, every day, for two years. I dunno if I buy that, but I don't know their statistics.

"41% of trans people have attempted suicide." We'll use estimates gathered in the summer of this year, which suggest that there are roughly 1.4 million trans adults in the United States (per the New York Times). it's likely that not all of the 41% of suicidal trannies attempted suicide in the last two years, but if they had, it would mean a whopping 574,000 trans folk have attempted suicide.

According to AFSP, every year some 1.2 million people attempt suicide. From this, we can see that nearly a quarter of all attempted suicides in the last two years could be trannies. Which is a staggering number, making me questioning the validity of that 41% claim.

Additionally these statistics tell us that TLL has spoken to roughly 3% of all attempted suicides by transfolk in the past 2 years.

I invite someone who's better at math to make sure I did everything properly. I rounded in a few places, I dunno.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know this is autistically optimistic, but it sure would be nice if they actually wrote a story that exposes TLL as the scam that it is.

Unfortunately, affinity scams like TLL are very difficult to expose from outside, even when the ones doing it aren't obvious villains such as ourselves. The basis of scams like this is "you're one of us," and "us" is often a marginalized group of some sort. For instance, the plague of Ponzi scams by Mormoons that target Mormons. Even when the evidence is overwhelming, there's a reluctance to criticize someone in the community, and a strong incentive to make excuses for them, especially when the scandal would have an impact on the community themselves.

Unfortunately, this just leads the abuser or scammer to ramp up their bad behavior, knowing they'll never be called out for it from inside the community, and gambling that no outsider will have the influence to get real world authorities involved.

Greta may be overly optimistic about that.

It really pisses me off that Greta Gustava Martela has a higher kill count than me, and is toeing at @Dynastia's total. We're better than this (:_(

To sate my irritation, here's part three of Greta's Facebook expose.

Classic Kjel, a reasonable looking man

Drug use isn't legal in Chicago, is it? :epik: shame if the board of directors finds out their founder regularly posts about illegal activities on her company facebook account

Gretas scam line has refused to take calls since the day they were formed, and they are always "understaffed". A year ago they were as understaffed as they are today. Sad!

Admission that Nina, someone without a green card of valid work permit, side lines for Uber. Illegals are TAKING OUR FUCKING JOBS

What a pathetic life

In November, Nina still didn't have a green card and Kjel is too narcassistic to remember what wives lived where

Do we know that? It's possible to apply for a green card with an H1B, which I'm (maybe incorrectly) assuming is how Nina was legally here in the first place. I don't think the marriage goes back to that point, but I'm a bit fuzzy on the timeline. Also, the H1B assumption may be incorrect and Nina may have had some other basis for a green card going back to the Google time.

Cross-posting:

So The Daily Beast has an article about her now:
http://www.thedailybeast.com/articl...tted-suicide-then-trump-trolls-showed-up.html
http://archive.is/O2u5I

From the article:
That was one of the tip-offs that this attack was seemingly being coordinated from a specific anti-transgender hate site that had been taunting Lizzy over the past several years. The message board had a thread mocking, incorrectly, that Lizzy had a son named “Potato.”

“When Liz first transitioned, she got her name posted to [the site]. It’s this big collection of horrible, awful troll people,” said Amanda. “They like to pick on people for fun.”

(The Daily Beast can confirm the existence of the threads about Lizzy on the site’s message board, but has chosen to not give publicity to the website by naming it.)

Everything I've seen has said Nina's work permit was tied to his job with Google, and as recently as this year they were begging for money so they could submit the application. I'll dig through my stuff to find these posts but you're right, we don't know every detail about this but things they have said along with these weird actions paint a picture of deception.

We do know their statistics. We gained access to their dashboard and had a bot datamine them in realtime for a few weeks until they shut us out because we kept tweeting the results to humiliate them. Average was 0-1 calls answered a day, and I think their best day was 4 calls answered. They generally had 0 operators on call for most of the day, with sometimes 1 or 2 popping in. Even after they realised we were datamining them these numbers did not improve.

You should ask @Null about this he has the data.

This actually pisses me off just because it's insulting. These low effort lazy assholes couldn't even be bothered to FAKE some calls even when they were being tweeted on a nearly hourly basis.

Are you saying that Greta would inflate their numbers to potentially seem like their organization is having more of an impact? Why this could potentially dupe donors into thinking their organization is far more effective than it really is.

Surely, you cannot be implying that Greta is engaged in potential fraud?

Our best guess is she's counting calls picked up by the voicemessage robot as "answered". Last I checked they hadn't even recorded a custom message it was just a robot voice saying "Nobody is available to take your call, please try again later."

Any alien can get a Taxpayer Id Number from the IRS and work as an independent contractor / work at their own business. It's not a work permit for employment (and there are some rules defining contractor vs employee) but it's not an offense. It's funnier to bag on nina for being an ugly tranny but the papers angle is dull and distracting.
