Can anyone identify anything more about this patch and the testing he's doing? He looks like the poly-drug mixing is continuing, so is it alcohol + prescription drugs?

Looks like a sweat patch:

Basically a continuous drug use monitor based on your sweat. The funny and weird thing is that they don't typically test for alcohol. But don't worry he's just drinking sweet tea, even though he's red in the face and rambling incoherently.
