Bob is here to assure everyone that he has never ever "ever seen any unsafe parenting" by Nick, and indeed has "not seen him intoxicated" or "ever seen [Nick] to be under the influence of something."
Rekieta's dad confirmed never to have watched any of Nicks streams? 🤔

But wait! hasn't he been in Nicks yt chat before though?

The chat knows.

He has no grounds for going after the warrant than I can see. He can try a longshot appeal to constitutional rights, but selling an argument like that to a judge like that is going to be near impossible.
Nick was caught dead to rights with an airtight warrant, there is no combination of words in the English language that will invalidate that warrant or make the cocaine charges disappear, no matter how much as Nick wants there to be. But he is a father of five who, up until two years ago was helping to raise his children relatively well, he's not a lost cause like so many other junkies are so contrition would go a long way in this case.

Nick had to get that personality trait from someone.
Nick's Parents were trust fund children as well.

Legal theory? So he’s definitely fighting it. No plea deal for Nick. This omnibus hearing is going to be pure kino.
Blackpilled here but We aren't going to get video/audio of it. I also wonder if we could even get full transcripts of the whole thing. Transcripts will be kino but won't be the same as video of Racket's cope face during the hearing unfortunately.

The father's testimony says alot about Nick and how Nick was raised. The parents are complete enablers. Even if it involves the health and/or safety of their own grandchildren, to them Nick's wishes are always going to come first. Even if he is a junkie neglecting the children.

That testimony was Bob's final decision point. All those kids are just doomed.

Nick’s father was not. His Polish-American Korean War Vet grandpa and DA secretary Polish-American grandma were middle class as far as I can tell.

Nick’s mother is. She also had a previous husband before Nick’s father.

Bob and Celeste should only be allowed supervised visitation themselves after revealing they prioritize reunification above providing the kids a safe environment. What a couple of sick pieces of shit.
I'm 50/50 on them just wanting to dump the kids back on Nick because it's getting in the way of their swinger drug parties (like father like son)
