Edit because I noticed something, courteousy of TruePeopleSearch for momma Rackets:

So there's two addresses in St. Pete with overlapping times that likely extend to the present. From the partial DL pic and seeing 3318 appraised at a fraction of 1160, it is a fair assumption that 1160 is the primary residence. So why would one buy a much smaller house in the same city in a less-ideal/downtown location? Sure, rental is the obvious answer but do retirees in a multimillion dollar house really
need passive income? For that cost and the likely rent you could do much better within 50 miles. It won't be homesteaded so there isn't any reason not to stick it behind an LLC/Trust.
Alternatively, if you have the proclivities and the means, it's very common to quietly procure a fuck shack so the neighbors don't gossip. If discretion is the goal instead of ROI from rental, those questions I raised are far less important. Orlando-St. Pete-Villages also essentially forms Florida's Old/Gay/Gross triangle. Perhaps the parental influence runs even deeper?
