Since things have been slow, here's a video I was able to archive before he deleted it very quickly, haven't seen this on reddit yet. This is roughly 3-4 months ago, around when he got fired from his "DJ gig", but he's not complaining about that bar ("Bar 13") specifically.

After he deleted this, he posted some other videos detailing his frustration, but wasn't so aggro about it.

I believe Michael Quinn or Flannigan contacted him quickly to delete this. This was before he was (publicly) hanging out with Mr. Based.

They look a lot like track marks. The one on his elbow especially because thats where heroin addicts to inject into first. Josh would be a very unhygienic junkie so it all tracks.

Realistically, what do we think this is? Impentago? Scabies?

It's probably infected track marks from injecting with a dirty needle. For reference this is what they tend to look like.

If so I'm surprised he hasn't accidentally done it on camera. Maybe Mr. Based injects his arm with smack before he injects his asshole with his sperm.
