I'm catching up on this thread on my lunch and just saw this, I actually dated a guy who had that situation.

I'll keep it short and simple. He got injured while swimming as a teen (his buddy threw a stick at him) and his foreskin ripped then got infected. He had to get circumcised at 17 to save his penis from the infection and basically let him piss cause they couldn't even get a catheter in and the infection wasn't responding quick enough to the antibiotics.
He had sex before, he had sex after. After I knew what happened I obviously had to fucking know. I literally thought oh this is so spectacular, I'm so against circumcision I bet I'll have a whole new point of vie-
Nah. Said it was the exact same or maybe better for him because the head of his dick used to be so sensitive it hurt after a little while. He went on to have kids and a regular life.

But yeah, apparently it's not too different and if it is it's not big enough to matter much.

I was looking through Patchwork Pooner’s account to get some sense of how the procedure was performed (and why there are so many incisions) but there is no explanation. Mysterious clues: she says the graft was not fully detached from her body, and her hysterectomy scar is on the underside of the shaft:

The butcher was Daniel J. Freet of Houston TX and he uses this “method” often. Searching his name reveals similar quilted horrors:

I’m guessing the rotdog is a flap of skin from her belly somehow? Wasn’t elephant dick butchered in Texas? I seem to remember some pooner discussions about an alternative bellydog process.

What’s the point here? If they manage to finagle some nerve or other from the pooner’s clit to the bellydog, it’s still not going to feel like a dick, surely? Just the nerve damage would fuck things up, never mind the fact that she’s parading around with a flap of her gut hanging off and calling it a penis.

She reminds me of the zombies in Zombieland Saga with the big scars from how they died. Like a beheaded woman had scars all around her neck, a girl who got hit by a truck had a big scar on her face etc. I'm imagining Patchwork Pooner's scars were from dying from a hysterectomy gone wrong or something, if she was in the show.

it looks like a pedicle attempt at using lower abdominal skin; it's slightly better than elephant doctor was trying to accomplish, but they'll have to hold still, rest, and not tug on/play with their new appendage during healing in order to avoid skin separation (which is what that open wound is at the top)

the pedicle procedures have the most promise in the long term, but that's only if the surgeons are sharing notes and findings, only if the doctors involved are treating it like the experimental surgery it is, only if they're openly recording and sharing the results with each other and with regulatory bodies and periodicals.

which they aren't.

edit: these are plastic surgery cowboys trying to invent a new procedure with their name on it, and which only they know the "secret" of, they will not be willing to study the results and refine the techniques with outside observers and competing surgeons. Freet is trying to refine elephant dick's surgical technique without the original surgical notes and information.

"Trench Torso" is an established character: that black pooner who was so concerned about post-mastectomy scarring that she kept herself continually lathered in various ointments and wrapped in plastic, until she ended up with a topical yeast infection. She was as mentally unstable as she was greasy, too.
