In a lot of jails and prisons the inmates have cellphones. There’s a chance that even if it gets quashed they can just Google his name and come across all the information and content saying his child tested positive for cocaine, which would not be good for Nick. Also another possibility, if a guard has it out for Nick for whatever reason he could pass that information on to the inmates. I’ve never been in prison but I’ve heard of stuff like that happening.
