I did not know this, until your post, is there a set agreement for this type of arrangement on their site? The claim of only getting about 2/3 of the tip is usually wrapped into a "significant tips have less paypal fees removed from them," beg from my recollections, which would imply the transaction fee being set at a certain base level before a percentage removal for the site is what he's really hint-hinting about in that specific beg case annoying him on bilking his latest paypig, but maybe I'm misremembering a significant deviation from that line of pignosis and he really is trying to slip that otherwise outrageous paypal distribution ratio claim onto otherwise substantial tip totals, due to this type of debt scheme he's lashed himself into?
