Gein used to use bones from corpses he stole from the cemetery to make furniture (among other things, he also had a belt made from nipples, framed faces for some reason, and a full on Buffalo Bill style titty suit waistcoat) he had footstools made with femurs and pelvises, vertebrae lamps, he was quite the artist, you're right, Patches looks like a body he harvested bones from to make his furniture.

How does he expect the fistula to heal if he’s dilating it? Because he is dilating it - he’s aggravating it every time he dilates and he’s shoving fluid through the hole as well. How does he expect it to close?

What do you mean the body can’t tell the difference between the bit that’s supposed heal and the bit that’s pried open??

Yeah. At this point, "Lissa" needs to just count his losses and really consider what's more important: trying to get the fistula to heal and regain fecal continence, or his gooner fantasy of shoving giant bad dragon dildos up his stinkditch.

No kidding. Healed fistula and zero depth amhole or dilated amhole with unhealed fistula seems to be the only realistic options there.

Maybe his doctor wants to experiment a bit (see if he gets lucky) before giving him the bad news?

This is yet another reason why I've begun to despise trannies so much. They really take "misery loves company" to another level.

Lissa is one in this thread that I have particularly felt cathartic from seeing literally fall apart because he was such a foul human being long before developing a case of poop dick. Something about this man is so rotten that it triggers visceral reactions by mere text.

Especially if he is still trying to bring people to his butcher by claiming that it shouldn't happen to them (even after allegedly talking to other victims from the same clinic). He is an unrepentant predator, much like his groomer Zachary "Zinnia" Jones. Only difference is that he's slightly smarter than Zach. Seeing him suffer brings much schadenfreude.

Times like this is where I wonder how much of this is peak fetish or peak delusion that they now have a true and honest vagina. There is a line here that is a lot more blurred than it should be. It should be obvious that dilating would only hinder healing as that's its literal purpose. Troons like Lissa love to spit in biology's face, though. I can imagine he's stupid enough to think that his "pussy" is a close enough facsimile or that he's loving the attention he's getting from the fistula. Maybe even both. I really doubt he'd be instructed to keep dilating with a fucking fistula, whether by his butcher or an actual doctor.

Someone on r/phallo mentioned this paper and the video is so weird. NGL I keep laughing at it.
This is Gracilis Flap phalloplasty (the one that takes a muscle from the inner thigh) and I believe the patient can tense the muscle which is shown in the below video.
That horrifying Chinese research paper I posted involving stray dogs and cadavers actually used this exact method.
