This recent con appearance makes me wonder if Patrick is taking steroids. I'm curious about that because he has actual bitch tits, but like gynecomastia. I've been training in enough gyms long enough I've seen quite a few guys on anabolics that develop those. Steroids definitely work, but the gym-culture-ignorant would be surprised how many guys blast a serious stack and still have dogshit physiques.
