Holy shit that's on the EWU Bodycam channel. It has the police bodycam footage of the arrest which has never been seen. It's really surreal hearing the EWU narrator (Russell Archey) talk about Chris Chan.

EWU stands for "Explore With Us" and was originally making videos of people visiting "strange and interesting" places. They then started to post some interrogation videos with narration in the style of JCS Criminal Psychology as that channel was getting 10s of millions of views. EWU had great success with this and started posting videos much more frequently than JCS and has since surpassed them. JCS hasn't produced any new content in over a year.

EWU still does actually occasionally post exploration videos, but they post them on a separate channel called EWU History. In fact they just posted a new video on there a few days ago called I Retraced a Wild West Gang's Final Steps.

Most other true crime channels bore the shit out of me, EWU actually make it entertaining. That video they did on that psycho 18-19 year old that decapitated the homeless man was fucking wild

EWU does this passive-aggressive thing with trannies all the time where they usually pay lip service in the videos but then not moderate the comments at all. It's unusual for them to not do the same for chris. Ironically, them respecting chris's pronouns would probably piss the trannies off more.

I fuckin' love Explore With Us. Aside from the dude's bad-ass voice and balanced narrative style, he apparently is a bit of a memer and will cover stuff like this and even the Racket's case (his name came up as one of the entities requesting the body cam footage). If he ever made a Racket's video in the future that would be pretty awesome.

I'm glad he and his team carried on the work of making good YT crime content when JCS fell apart because Kizzume would rather yiff with his buds and make long-winded videos about autistic, political bullshit nobody cares about!
