Makes me wish Nick would be put slowly into the following machine
I'm going to have to avoid this thread for a while it seems
Now I am imagining Nick screaming as he gets sucked in while that music continues playing in the background.

I like the coverage from the trees. If I were to buy a place I think that would be a big part. So that's nice at least.
Hate it. The red tiles need to go, and I would get something that blends more with the counter, or directly opposes it. The cupboards being different levels is a no no to me. And the colour is giving those strong lines makes it seem it needs a colour change. Would need to tear those out and replace them with even sized ones all at the same level. Top and bottom.
The top bathroom is fine, but tbe bottom one with thag huge wall and cut out for a tub looks fucked. Would probably restructure, put the tub in the corner across from the toilet directly, and any closets or space on the other side move to be by the counter, and remove the rack, bringing the door/wall just close enough so it can swing open and miss the counter.

Just my opinions as someone who builds houses and such. We would never let that second bathroom happen.

IIRC this was the bottle he dropped and broke and kept it for some reason. It used to be in his gooncave. Looks like he just took out some alcohol from there and just dumped it in the old house.

He's told the story a few times.
Really? Looks just like a bar dispenser (I've nicked a few in my time).
I'll take the L. He's even sadder than I thought possible.

So Rekieta bought the property next to his current residence? So his current place is owned by the trust? Why did Rekieta buy this place for? Did he buy it at the same time that the trust bought his current house?

IIRC, it's been years, it was a gift and he held the box wrong so it slid out and smashed on the concrete. It was like $1000 or some crazy shit.
Someone earlier in the thread said it landed right side up, still holding alcohol after it broke. It's a mildly funny story, and if Nick wasn't such a piece of shit I might find it a goofy little anecdote.

His parents probably bought that property as well. no way could he afford $275k on a bank teller salary when he got it back in 2008.

Nick and Kayla bought the old house in 2009 and lived in it until a few years ago. Unlike the current house, the old one is in Nick and Kayla's names. The old house is horribly laid out for a household of five children and three adults (they had a live in nanny until recently) and I don't blame them for wanting a more suitable home as their kids got older.

The current home was bought in 2018. It was bought from Delora A Paradis four years after the death of her husband, Melvin.

Searching this forum would have given you most of that information.
