Every day I'm ever more thankful that he banned me from his server. I'm not shocked in the slightest he's like that now considering I apparently still live in his head rent free, but it should come as no surprise to you when I say he's been like that for years before the war.

The Pig, of course, is completely expected given the grand fabrication of stories like the grenade incident in the woods with the gay ex-conscript. This is like saying trips to Antietam and Gettysburg should qualify you for VA benefits.

My interactions with Rimmy (Or Tom Rim if we go by his Google Drive name) were years ago now at this point and a LOT was in audio channels on Teamspeak, so most of this has been lost to time or to my memory.

One of the far more mild things I remember is that he would routinely just call people "retards" over anything, especially in his Arma 3 ops. This backfired once with his semi-infamous "Scout Rant" that, despite his claims, was actually his Artillery Observer calling in a strike on themselves. There's not much detail I'll go into the incident right now or the retard stuff because frankly I don't think anyone here would care about namecalling outside of the fact I think it was technically against Discord ToS and he was a community server that was required to be held to a higher standard.

One of the other big things I remember, although it didn't happen frequently, was that he'd talk about NSFW artists or NSFW projects he was funding in the Arma chat. The one of note I recall was StudioFOW's game Subverse. Now this would be all well and good if not for one issue: At the time joining the unit was locked to 18+, but it still had members grandfathered in when the minimum was 16. Alongside that, I recall hearing stories of him trying to get nudes from members in the NSFW channel, but I can't confirm that since I refused to give him verification for that.

I won't talk about the incident that got me banned yet since that one might veer into actual powerleveling with how many were involved and higher-ups purged as well, and it's a mess to explain, but I'll let you know for now that it was an immensely petty response on his part.

I realize I'm giving you a very spontaneous recollection of events here, and I'm sorry about that. It's been a while and I haven't really gathered everything together in my head yet and I don't particularly recall specific examples on these either. Just know that behind his YT/Twitch exterior he was a dick through and through, from banning pillars of the unit over relatively minor disagreements to making fun of former members after they were banned. One of those people who he banned ended up working with the Arma devs on the Vietnam DLC funnily enough.

I can look around for some of the screenshots and logs I have to jog my memory and feed this stuff piecemeal to you, but if you want more detailed information, I can also point you in the direction of some of the former members as well if you'd like. They might remember specifics better than I do, or rather they might in a more timely and concise manner.

That reminds me, I've heard several times here that it's an open secret in the Arma community that none of the big units want to interact in any way with Rimmy. And if what Wrangel said is any indication, I can see why.

Last time I heard about Rimmy was around Fallout Frontier drama.
Tldr: Fallout Frontier is mod for Fallout New Vegas and there was massive hype before it came out, but once it was realased it quickly became obvious it is ultimate Reddit ™️ mod . Story was plagiarizing FPS like CoD and Battlefield. It was filled with Reddit politics. And of course degeneracy humanoid lizards that live in sewers and do drugs and have sex all day. And creepy shit like giving player character option to turn "I swear she is 18" female npc into his sex slave.
Of course it was soon revealed one of devs is pedo.
our dear Rimmy first made video dunking on mod but after that he had interview with bunch Frontier devs where he and them were trying to set the record straight. They pretty much blamed pedo for everything wrong with mod. And claimed rest of dev team didnt know and dindu nuffin.

I'll say here it has to do with a time he tried to deal with the Aussie government.

Really, it's such an absurdly nothing of a story in regards to content you'd question why he blew up as much as he did, but a key takeaway from it is that it marked a period of about a solid year or two where he had informants report back to him about the members of various ex-Cadian servers (The unit is/was called the Cadian XXth, not sure nowadays given GW's fickleness) about what they were doing and who they were so he could root out anyone sympathetic to those who left or were banned but remained quiet about disagreement in his own server.

As unbelievably Reddit as the writing was, I must give them credit on a technical level. I still have the original file before they pruned the pedo's writing somewhere. I have never played it and never will, but I have it.
