I'm of two minds on that. On one hand, a staff member stupid enough to go rogue is also probably stupid enough to think they can redact portions of DMs and not be implicated in the horrific acts the DMs detail. On the other hand, staff could be smart enough to know that everyone else also knows what's in those DMs, and that the moment anything was leaked, everyone else would know who leaked it and how.
