This shit looks so boring and unoriginal that it makes me want to play Skull and Bones...game so generic that I literally had to look up the title right now because I was confusing it for Sea of Thieves. It's all running together at this point.
Yeah, I have no clue how anyone gets excited about new games anymore. It seems that people who don't actually enjoy video games pay for this slop at full price and play it for 2-3 hours total and forget about it, meanwhile real gamers play titles that are 5-10 years old or even older games instead.

Cringe interview with the director Ragnar Tørnquist and the voice actress. He comes out as a mega cucked cringelord.

Why am I not surprised that the negress playing the most obnoxious DEI character in the Expanse voiced this character?

I was too, while reading your first sentence, until you corrected it.
YIIK has more soul dignity and integrity than this malarky
YIIK is literally an auteur's vision. This is sucking on like 5 different NGO and supergovernmental teats at the same time, with MSM backing.
More like From Dustborn to Dust in 24h.

I thought she was fine on The Expanse, it's just that the last couple of seasons were really bad and strange choices were made like having 2 or 3 episodes focused on Naomi gasping for air on a derelict ship.

I'm 30 minutes into a walkthrough and no gameplay has actually happened, it's just been a cutscene where you get a brief segment of 'Walk around until you want to continue'. Everyone is perfectly insufferable, the fat one is just constantly bitching about everything while replacing every other word with fuck, the they/them one's super power is gaslighting (I spent way too long laughing about that), the guy is aggressively unthreatening and average and the only member of the group who isn't a part of the oppressed mutants, and the main character can succinctly be described as 'Some Chick'. You know these characters have personality when the game has to stop and list off the traits on their facebook profile.

The story kicks off in the aftermath of a robbery gone wrong before going into a flashback that tells us that they were gonna commit a robbery. The story's just starting and it's already wasting your time. The Fat Chick spots a cop tailing them and, if you decide to flee, somehow manages to swerve into a truck on the other side of a completely straight highway, killing the cops and whoever was driving the truck when they all explode. So, our introduction to our self righteous twats is them stealing a mcguffin purely for a big payday (They don't know what it is and they repeatedly whine about how they're entitled to more than 'table scraps'), killing the cops who may or may not be there to apprehend them as well as an innocent driver before shrugging it off as unavoidable.

Then we have a casual racism rant when another NPC asks them why they didn't just use their mind fucking powers to get the cops to leave, to which the gaslighting one responds with "Hey! X-Men/Mages/Mutants/Whatever don't control people's minds, that's a stereotype; all we can do is influence people's emotions, manipulate their perception of reality, or literally remove their ability to speak or think. How could any of those powers help in stopping a confrontation from turning violent?!"

This is the sort of comedy you can only create by accident.

Nah she was terrible in the Expanse but, mildly in her defense, there is literally no woman alive who could probably play Naomi well because she's an overly-idealized version of the authors' collective waifu
TBH I remain astonished they managed to actually cast Bobbie well
