With that said, I'm not seeing extreme cases like Jazz's, so I suspect he'd have to almost go with reduction and then implants. But I don't think Jazz himself cares that much - the biggest embarrassment from them would be from having a sexual partner seeing them, and Jazz doesn't care for sex.
