"Mad at the Internet" - a/k/a My Psychotherapy Sessions

Wataburger is second tier at best, Five Guys chads keep winning.
I wouldn't really consider 5 guys fast food. It is quite good though if a little expensive.

Also maybe I'm just lucky, but I've never had a bad experience with Arby's. That sandwich review brah was showing was pretty bad, especially considering I guarantee it cost between 8 and 10 bucks at minimum.

They’ll swear up and down that they’re fast-casual. Mostly I’m starting shit because my time at Five Guys is reflective of Null’s time at Wataburger.

Arby’s used to be decent to good, to the point where Review Brah’s experience is disappointing more than anything. Our mush-mouthed leader was obviously confusing them with Hardee’s, which has always been what you went to if there wasn’t a McDonald’s or a Burger King.

I actually think Josh should be cast as himself.

A dollar's a dollar and it could be fun.
An actor would need to distill the essence of Jersh into a very limited amount of time. That means casting off bits and pieces that don't contribute to the story which Jersh would be unable to do.

In other words, Jersh should have a cameo driving the short bus at the end of the film.

Found the perfect casting for Null, all he has to do is gain weight for the role and it's a dead ringer.

Automate the Boring Stuff with Python - Archive.org
Excellent book recommendation for Python that I would second in a heartbeat. I'm not a professional, but Python also has the advantage of being fairly widely used as well.
I think there's also some value to learning slightly more complex languages first, because you're exposed to concepts that aren't in all languages, but at least if you see them you won't be out of your league. So I usually tell people I like C++ as a starter because it will let you fuck yourself if you're not careful. My teacher in high school was of the opinion that you should learn to code in notepad as well instead of an IDE that will hand-hold you through your mistakes so you actually have to pay close attention to syntax and test frequently; obviously not the most productive way to do it, but I do think I became a better coder because of it. My first language class was actually Visual Basic, which was nice because it has a WYSIWYG GUI maker so as you learn basic concepts you actually have an okay looking GUI to run them in, and it looks like you're being a real programmer.

Look guys... the best fry types are as follows, thus whichever fast food restaurant has fries of the appropriate fry type is closest to the top:
Shoestring
Waffle
Curley
Standard
Crinklecut
Steakfry

So Steak N Shake and Chicfila are at the top. Now, you can have shit batches, but if they are made crispier the better, soggy fries of all types are terrible.

It has been roughly a decade since I got competently made waffle fries from Chicfila, they're always soggy.

Chicken sandwiches are universally disappointing now compared to 10-15 years ago when even Braums had a very good crispy chicken sandwich. Now I can't even rely on Chicfila for that. It's saddening in retrospect.
