There’s nothing else on Judge Wentzell’s docket for today between Rekieta’s Omnibus hearing at 10:30am and a bunch of “review hearings” slated to begin at 3pm. My guess is that the Judge wants Rekieta’s hearing over by lunchtime so that he can spend the rest of the day sitting through all the review hearings. We’ll see…
