Don't trust the pig. He always manufactures stories in a way to make himself look good when the opposite could have happened. Also, what he said is quite the projection coming from him when he got scared by a guy who had a friendly attitude.I like how Ralph tried to make fun of a Kiwi Farmer for having shaky hands
The bodycam. Team Crackets characterized the bodycam footage as containing statements by April about Rekieta committing crimes. If the prosecution wants those statements in evidence April has to take the stand per the 6th Amendment. She is accusing him of stuff, they get to confront her, contradict factual errors she makes, and impugn her credibility in front of the jury. They don't want her to take the stand or for the bodycam footage to be in evidence, so they said some vague stuff about Miranda rolled in with the 6th Amendment concern to try to put the whole thing under a cloud just like the warrant and get it tossed.Which video is inadmissible unless April testifies? The bodycam footage, or the pillstream?
And as I understand it, Nick is arguing that the pillstream is inadmissible because the cops saw a reupload version, while the original is privated. Can the prosecution subpoena that from him, or would that be self-incrimination?
You have very nice hand writing, and that means you will NEVER make it as a cop in Minnesota!Just ended about 10 minutes ago. Literal nothing burger. Forgive my scribbles but its mot worth transcribing on a pc. I mostly just wanted to focus on how everyone looked and acted. Also I can't spell when I write quickly lel

if she basically admitted it how can they not use that in court? don't you wave your miranda rights when you start talking? or is it just that when you ask for a lawyer they can't ask you any questions till they're present?
Basically my understanding as of now is that she is co-conspirator in the crime and as such it is singular case. As thus it is covered under her rights. So she needs to testify and throw others under the bus. Let's see if she gets good deal for that.if she basically admitted it how can they not use that in court? don't you wave your miranda rights when you start talking? or is it just that when you ask for a lawyer they can't ask you any questions till they're present?
Well Nick has an unedited copy, which is exactly the same. It’s too bad it wasn’t the Elissa Clips version, he would’ve been seething over that.A full unedited copy of Rekieta's coke stream exists right? Are they seriously going to make to the judge watch every second of the "unedited" version of his stream for him to come to the exact same conclusion? Smart.
To be clear: This is what Nick’s lawyers were demanding. Did the judge acquiesce? If the prosecution wants those statements in evidence April has to take the stand per the 6th Amendment.
As if his own audience isn't a bunch of unwashed schizo white supremists that autistically follow him like he's some sort of wrestling superstar.
They drop the charges on her in exchange for her testimony to take him down. They can't use April saying stupid shit unless they call April as a witness.
If April said stupid shit, they can just call her as a witness and then be able to use the video evidence.
April already has charges, so they'd be using that evidence against her as well, which might be part of the issue?
It's STILL on Odysee. And what makes it more damning is obviously Nick has it set up to automatically mirror what he posts to YouTube which requires the channel owner to connect the accounts.A full unedited copy of Rekieta's coke stream exists right?
