My God, Ralph somehow stealing the show here by managing to show up hollerin' in a dirty untucked jersey while kiwis show up clean cut and respectfully, was metaphorically speaking not on my bingo card. Also him mistaking the femkiwi for a troon is just the cherry on top considering how much he sucked off KAWEEN KEFFAWLS to spite Null and the farms.

So if I understand this correctly, Nick just invited the prosecution, no, dared the prosecution to subpoena April to testify against him?
Back to the legal shit for a minute, no, they can't do that. She just takes the Fifth. They can't force her to confess to crimes to incriminate someone else without giving her immunity, while she's facing criminal charges based on exactly the same facts. They'd have to give her immunity to compel her testimony if it weren't part of a deal.

Now they recently charged her criminally based on this set of facts. I wonder what the prosecution, if they wanted April to testify, would offer April in return for her testimony?
I’m still shocked they’re going to such great lengths against Aaron when almost none of the case against him is relevant to Aaron.
I don't know if you've noticed but Nick Rekieta really hates Aaron. That's really all there is to it. Pursuing this is not only not useful to the case, it's an active detriment to it. Nick is too stupid and coke-raging to understand that pursuing his creepy vendetta against some irrelevant nerd isn't going to help him.
The courses are complete bullshit. I mean come on, the textbook for Rekieta Studies 101 is six thousand pages long. I really, really hope the tripod chapter isn't on the final exam.
People are working really hard on Cliff's Notes so you can cheat by only reading a thousand or so pages.

Not sure why my electrical sperging was moved to the Omnibussin' thread, but I am quoting this post 61 pages back because it deserves a reply.

GFCI is easily the best, this will always catch illegal bonds. You're lucky if you are working on a panel where the neutrals are identifiable--otherwise, you can disconnect the bonding jumper between the ground and neutral bus and test continuity at the outlet. If the last guy was a real hack, neutrals and grounds will be all together on the same bus, in which case you're pretty much cooked. If you can access the wires on that circuit separately somewhere upstream, a clamp ammeter can tell you if the EGC is carrying current--that means an illegal bond somewhere downstream. You could test resistance between neutral and ground if you have an accurate meter, because you will have a small amount of resistance, between zero and a couple ohms, if its's done right, while if it's wrong, you will see a dead short. The only other way is to start opening boxes and making sure the wires are all landed correctly.

These techniques can also be used to find incorrectly-wired MWBCs (a massive PITA for the "next guy" even when wired correctly), double-breakered circuits, looped circuit, etc.

All the kiwis that were present, you are all heros. Thankyou for your service.

While most people dress up for their day in court, Nick and his whores dress down when they go in front of the judge.
Is this some kind of defiant "Im not gonna dress up for you, faggot, I will dress like I am going to a beach party. I have zero respect for you and I want you to know it".

I had my laptop in my bag and probably could have gotten it out, too. But I didn't want to push it.

If you wear a coat and tie and look like you belong in the courthouse, you get treated differently.
And people questioned this when I said it.

(And to be really clear, I do not mean try to sneak past any actually illegal behavior.)

This wasn't what they wore to court.
Albeit what the women wore wasn't much better.

Yeah, I feel like it was a dumb idea to put so much significance in someone with their own pending criminal proceedings, especially after he lied and claimed she was just a visiting friend before publicly displaying her at a tattoo expo and posting evidence that she was living in his other house.

But another legal topic. The whole thing is based around the fact that April initially pled the fifth but then started answering questions. I was under the impression that if you start answering questions after saying you want your lawyer, you’ve opened the door wide open. It was my impression that they can’t force you, but you can decide to talk.
But if the judge is ruling that none of April’s comments in the body cam footage , which isn’t being used for her but for Nick, can be used unless April testifies, does that mean there actually was something improper? Or is this a technicality because April would be irrelevant to the case in a scenario where she doesn’t testify?

Also, if Nick is this gung-ho about whatever the hell April said, then she must have said something really damning to his case and/or ego. Now I’m starting to think that April might be the reason why Nick didn’t want us to get the footage. It just seems weird that this is the point of contention with the footage, and not all the cocaine in the house or the alleged moment his daughter asks the cop for clean clothes(something Nick has never disputed)

Why does Ralph look like the healthiest one here? The rest look malnourished and obviously coke addicts. I hope this photo puts the same curse on them as the Nashville photo.

April looks like a literal crack whore. That crop top doesn’t even go with that skirt, and those shoes don’t match either.

This picture looks like they went on vacation to Florida and stopped to pose with a random hooker they found on the street
