You Know What Grinds My Gears? - Things that personally piss you off

My coworker called in sick, after telling me yesterday that some retarded game he's playing released new content, and he can't do full-time work and "teh grind" both. What a fucking coincidence that he's now suffering from such a terrible tummy ache that he has to stay home.

Already told my supervisor that I'm not covering that asswipe's shifts.

Not my circus, not my problem.

How I got angry at the "stupid, unrealistic" shit in an indie game about mental problems, then learned a friend has this very problem (friend never heard of that game).
Feeling dumb.
Game is "Milk inside a bag of milk inside a bag of milk", and problem is "hallucinating scary shit if you see letter O".
My friend was sane and doped on meds to poison her bc evil people wanted their flat, tho.

Thread tax: new workers who walk into your job and miraculously know everything there is to know already. As far as I'm concerned, you know nothing. You may have industry experience but the specifics of this workplace require learning. Shut the fuck up and listen to those of us who actually know shit.

Without power leveling, this new worker made a claim about a work situation which was untrue, and I said so. Then she's arguing with me and literally says "I have no experience with this particular situation, but I'm 95% sure I'm right." Ok, well I have shit loads of experience with it and can tell you with absolute confidence you're wrong. I needed another experienced worker to come along and agree with me up before she would back the fuck down. I can already tell this bitch I'd going to be a lot of fun to work with.

It's not CST right now, it's CDT. It's Standard time and Daylight time, not summer time like whatever shithole he lives in.
If you don't know, just say US/Central.
Will actually start to matter if any of the states actually get permission for year round daylight or standard time.

I work in a warehouse and we have a troon new hire. Typical terminally online faggot who's entire personality is their sexual identity. Troon gets a little bump on the head from loading a box, spends hours crying about it, before management finally shipped his ass back home. I hate that we natural functioning adults/autists in society have to constantly make concessions for and tip toe around these weak and fundamentally broken attention whores. How the fuck are you going to take having your balls cut off and penis turned inside out if you can't take a bump on the head from a 5lb box? Makes me furious.

I just say et/ct/pt or eastern/ central/ pacific, etc. I do not have time to play with daylight savings bs. Whichever it is right now is what I mean.

And iirc Arizona and Hawaii keep the same time all year.

Indiana used to be weird too. Now it's does Daylight Saving time, but some counties are in Central time and some in Eastern.

I have a few work-related complaints.

1) I don't know why so many fat chicks work in accounting. I hate it when they use the elevator too. Especially when I'm doing my morning mail pick-up. Nothing like having a herd of hambeasts trying to rush into the elevator at once and not paying attention to who's already in there.

2) It never fails to amaze me how little my coworkers know about the world. I don't expect them to know everything of course. I certainly don't. But they present themselves as well-informed and educated, yet they don't really know anything about anything. Many of them are Gen X and boomers too.

3) I hate hearing these same coworkers whine about being drained when they openly admit to being active on their weekends. Mind you, I don't care what they do on their weekends. It's their lives, their time. But I notice how they insist on being out and about on most of their weekends with little downtime to just relax. Yet I always have more energy at work than they do precisely because I relax on my weekends.

I'm paying pretty much the same thing despite driving for nearly two decades with zero at-fault accidents which is basically my entire time having a license. The whole insurance system is so fucking dumb. It's literally a giant monopoly that you're required to pay into with basically no government oversight. That's not even getting into the blatantly illegal shit they're doing.

Yep, I saw that Rossmann video too. Car insurance is a massive scam. It's just like Obamacare when you think about it, there's an individual mandate. And they can discriminate against you for being born a man. But somehow health insurance companies can't discriminate against women.

I was drugged by a woman once and I genuinely have no clue if I was molested or not that night because I do not remember it.

I have also been sexually harassed in the work place, and any time I tried to tell the higher ups they literally did not give a shit and my coworkers made fun of me.

A womans" trauma" or "oppression" is something that men also go through but instead of getting to play victim you get laughed at when you bring it up. There is a particular fucking tranny man on this site who likes larping as a female victim of everything and blocks people over banter when he larps too hard about how he is a helpless female victim. And I find it laughable when he brings up his fetish fantasy about women being raped and murdered in sneed chat when I have personally been through real world shit, on the receiving end of predatory behavior or psychotic urethral shit stains threatening to kill me at knife point and people laugh at me for bringing it up or they say Im full of shit, and the worst kind of people are the ones who feign sympathy and say its okay for men to express their emotions only for those same fuckers to insult you or manipulate you later.

Don't buy cheap super glue, it's always terrible. Pick a good quality brand and if you need it to dry fast use an activator or put some baking soda on one of the parts. It dries instantly then.

I hate how youtubers keep padding their videos with movie clips. It takes 10 minute video and makes it 25 because of generic clips that are barely relevant to the topic. I'm growing to hate sponge bob more than any other media on the planet.
