YouTube's old rating system was a 1-5 star system.
IIRC it being 4/5 was something along the lines of either something related to his original YT channel "Jim81Jim" or Metokur forums using the phrase "4/5 pretty good" either to reference his own videos or the videos they were making fun of. I don't remember exactly which of those it was, though.
