If it's something blatantly false and/or fabricated and the court can prove it, yes. But he's also presumed innocent until proven guilty. You're generally allowed to just present your version of events.

What happened to Ralph "owning le KiwiFarmers" and confronting them? All I've seen so far is he meekly said "I don't know who Ethan Ralph is" when he actually got confronted by someone, stood outside the court room pacing for a bit, then took a photo of a group of people leaving after it ended.

I'm super late and catching up with the thread, but the photos also all have that godawful phone-camera digital zoom where it looks like the lens was covered in Vaseline. So Gunt's idea of 'confrontation' was standing a full block away cranking his phone's zoom to max to snap those.
