lol he's saying it was an altered video the cops lied about having the original no question
still no explanation of how it was altered
Edit: I repeat he's drunk/high as fuck
I interpreting that he does not actually cares about it being possibly doctored, just that the cop did not say it could be possible doctored. The warrant says that he watches "THE VIDEO" from the youtube and rumble, but he technically did watch a copy, so Nick is saying he lied and lied on purpose. I really think the judge would be seriously taking the piss if they care, especially since you would have to assume the cop was acting bad faith when saying that, instead of just saying for brevity since it's obvious that the video wasn't altered instead of a non-important water mark, but I'm not a lawyer.

So his whole cases rests on favoritism from the judge? Because if the judge is doing her job past events should not factor into current events. Or is he so stupid he thinks 'franks' is a magic because it worked once?
The way that he was speaking about it, he just made it sound like
1. I've done this successfully before, so I know that it can work and it's not just some crazy legal theory
2. I've even done it with this particular judge, so I know that they're open to hearing this and not slanted against it or anything

Still, he sounds pretty overconfident. I'm not an expert, but it seems like there's a lot of gray area to be argued in that hearing.

Nick is kind of bad at streaming. He takes like twenty to make a point about something everyone already knows, then quickly treads over what people don’t already know, making nothing more clear than it was before. It’s a wonder his stream ever got as popular as it did. I think it’s because the people he brought onto his show actually were good at explaining things, and he was a funny enough MC.
Nick parallels Ralph

Ralph was a mediocre host, but he was willing to get more interesting guests that caused his streams to explode in popularity. Ralph thought that he was why his streams were popular and grew a massive ego.

Same as Nick.

now when I think about it, April initial charges were dropped, right? the body cam footage must have contain so much nuclear yab from April that it would bury Nick in Jail for decades, that the cops probably dropped charges so they can make her a witness. probably re-charged her when April doesnt want to stop snorting that coke from Nick's balldo

He doesn't know how fucked he is. He can't. He's incapable. It's almost funny how his obstinate/narcissism has had the reigns since his first meger successes in the streaming game.

Nick will literally put everything on the line to try and win unwinnable situations. Some may call that brave or righteous but with Nick it's the most ignoble pursuit conceivable.

We aren't close to rock bottom yet, people. Nick can and will sink further into depths hereto unknown. There is nothing he won't lose or risk to publicly try and emulate righteous. His cars, his house, etc. will slip through his fingers like sand. His dignity is non existant and his kids and family were never even a consideration. There is nothing he values more than people thinking he is right.
I have to think that Ethan Ralph hollering outside your court hearing has to be, if not rock bottom, one of the final circles of hell.

that pause he looked super fucking gay he read something that made him seethe super fucking hard I hope someone clips it
(it's at about 30:30 into stream)
look at how often he is drinking from that mug
remember how often he drank before his arrest?
I hope this is what you wanted.

Apparently, Nick once made a Franks challenge in front of his current judge before, and according to him, he won that case because of it. He's very, very, very pleased with getting to congratulate himself on this.
I'm not watching, but if Nick claims he got a warrant thrown out for lack of probable cause by this judge then he's full of shit.

He tried, but the judge denied the motion and found the warrant to be valid. He did get a drug charge in that case dismissed but it was because they fucked up the drug testing.

That's the only criminal case he's had in front of this judge. I posted about it a while back.
The case is State v. Dennis Nazarenus, 34-CR-17-12133.

A warrant to search for meth issued based on a tip from a concerned citizen. They found "hemp oil" and the cop did a field test that was positive for THC. The report said the field test used "Sirchie Narc Test #9," which is for PCP. Nazarenus gave a statement saying he has smoked weed for years. Cops found guns, so he got a drug user with firearms charge as well as the marijuana charge.

Nick tried to get the warrant thrown out at the omnibus hearing. The cop who did the field test didn't testify. JUDGE STEPHEN WENTZELL found the warrant was supported by probable cause but granted a motion to dismiss on the weed charge due to the fuckery with the test and the cop not testifying to explain. The guy ended up doing a deferred adjudication on the gun charge, completed probation and had the case dismissed.

In denying the challenge to the warrant, the judge has this to say about meddling Scandinavian prudes:

Good luck with your conspiracy theory, Nick.
I've attached Nick's motion and the judge's order.
