As for the fucked up legs - that could be caused by a few things.

Similar scarring/ulcer patterns could be caused by a plethora of things, but the ones most closely related to his "lifestyle" are:
  • Kaposi's sarcoma (a type of skin cancer caused by a type of herpes). Usually located on the legs, but can occur anywhere on the body. This one is strongly linked to AIDS. Given his sex life and drug use, I think that's a pretty likely possibility.
  • Syphilis. This one also has similar symptoms and is also linked to his lifestyle. Although it's less likely. Syphilis usually manifests with both ulcers and random bold spots, but I don't see any of the latter - he is just bolding.
  • ONLYuseMEBLADE-esque leg holes caused by diabetes. This is also common among alcoholics, but I don't think that's the case.

Of course, the wounds could be caused by many other things, such as bug bites, cigarette burns, tweaker scratches, or any combination of the above. Then again, the large wound on his left leg suggests that this is illness-related.

If any kiwi doctors or other leg hole specialists are reading this, please correct me if I am wrong.
