Furry Fandom and Drama General

called it. This better end in those jannies going after each other, complete with the scene of Beria's execution. So who are our candidates?
Beria is probably luffy or some other higher up admin. No one is going to be Zhukov, unless you consider Yak or something. Luffy just seems like the usual arse sniffing communist general rat.

"its happening" to "nothing ever happens" real quick on this one
From where I'm sitting, this looks much less like any kind of "hacker", and more someone who got his hands on Dragoneer's credentials before Dragoneer kicked it, got involved in some behind-the-scenes power struggle in FA, and decided to go out with a bang. The fact he got FA's twitter as well as Dragoneer's personal twitter is enough evidence for me. The question is: which one of Dragoneer's scumbag "friends"/staff did it.

It is sort of amazing how they still haven't gotten their shit together and fixed the website.
Aside from sheer incompetence, do we have any clue why they seem incapable of fixing whatever the hacker did? My initial understanding was that twitter accounts aside, the hacker merely got a hold of their DNS and just pointed the domain name to the farms.

I don't see a very good reason they would have the website displaying a graceful “out of service” landing page and not have it fixed entirely. In a more competent team maybe they'd still be ensuring the servers/databases/whatever weren't compromised, maybe restoring things from backups prior to intrusion, but I wouldn't trust them to do any of that. So... do they just not know where the ON button is?

Betten they're waiting on yak to stop dragging his feet. Now that yak don't have any blackmail to hold over their heads with fagoneer dead, he has to actually do work now.

I don't care about a user posting DNP shit, I'm asking for proof that there's accounts distributing CP and wondering why, if this is true, no one has reported the site to the feds instead of playing armchair activist and making claims with no proof.
Haha. Reporting CP to the feds. Good joke. Feds ran one of the biggest CP forums for like a whole year. There was another case where a bunch of workers in Washington DC were implicated and then the story quietly disappeared. None of Epstein clients have been named or prosecuted.

If you tip off the feds to someone peddling CP all you're doing is saving them effort on recruiting.

I just did an online search for "largest child porn forum ran by fbi" and holy shit the results are terrifying. Operation Torpedo, Playpen, Operation Avalanche, Article implicating feds | Archive and more.

Alongside everything else that's happened this year, this just cinched my belief that this site is the nucleus of the Internet. Every person, event, idea, and story all leads right back to here. Truly nothing is beyond this site's grasp.
Now we just need Fox News to refer to us as "the hacker group known as KiwiFarms".

I'm just guessing, but it could be possible they're just re-checking everything to make absolutely sure the site is safe to re-open. That, or they're trying to figure out exactly how it happened etc. so they can put safeguards in place, and their hands are full enough without people using the site. I know very little about server management, though.

Despite the supposed power this "hacker" had (does it count as hacking?)
they only really shitposted and didn't even get a lot of info. I feel like if normal people had that power they would leak all they can.
this whole situation is wild to me. It was very fun to witness though
