In America do foreigners convicted of serious crimes have to serve their sentences in American prisons before getting deported or do they just get deported straight away and blacklisted from ever entering the country again? I ask because having to go back to India is likely a harsher punishment than 20 years in an American prison.
Yes, yes they very much do have to serve time here, but in the recent years you've heard about all of the bullshit with defunding ICE, which is the only way to actually catch them and put them on trial. If you are an H1B or work visa with set dates to do work, the actual expectation is for you to willingly submit yourself to ICE so they can send you back home. Obviously, Indians (and all foreigners, but definitely especially Indians) realize that America is a dream compared to India's third world shithole-ness, so they just don't report back. Democrats know this and this is why they defund ICE because they realized 5 years ago that instead of actually campaigning, it's easier to just let a bunch of brown niggers in and promise them free shit and they know they will all vote democrat thinking they will get the free shit, when we all know they will not. Once America is ruined and all of the browns are here, they'd go to other countries where all the whites went to and start over again, ie import the browns there. Literally like the Dr. Seuss story about the star bellied sneeches but with brown people, ie the guy sitting there charging to convert them.
Also, and also completely ironically, if your crime is extreme and outlandish, like being a serial killer, you have an even
greater chance at staying here because every time this happens, the democrat media will throw an equally big apocalyptic shitstorm about getting you to stay here, they do this because they know it's a cultural victory for their cause. Examples include, every single latino drug dealer crime lord that gets caught a million billion times and they just deport them but they come back a week later. Also my personal favorite wasn't an Indian but that latino semi-truck driver who bullshit his way past into getting his CDL, he didn't speak english at all and his truck brakes failed (which is fine) but because he didn't speak english, he couldn't read the signs for truck runaway ramps (not fine) as they have giant roads that go nowhere with sand for this reason, to stop you if your brakes fail. He didn't use like 3 different opportunities he had to stop the truck by just turning slightly into that lane, and had no choice but to keep on truckin', going full speed into a city and eventually plowing turbo hard into a wall of stopped vehicles on the highway due to traffic. There was literally video evidence of him from inside the truck ignoring the signs (hey! asking someone to speak english in America is RACIST! you can't do that!) and literally a bunch of different motorists submitted the videos of the huge crash, but democrats flipped shit to work their magic and get him off the hook for the multiple counts of murder he was facing. He was on trial for going to jail for 110 years but they got it reduced to 10 years. That was 3 years ago so in 7 years he'll be right back on the road, if you're here in America make sure to look out for him. Oh or better yet, vote republican and get shitty nigger enabling niggers out of the fucking government.
What also fucking sucks is that you can't really sue an H1B in civil court. Let's say your company hires Raquesh and he does such a shit job and just blames you that it could legally count as negligence and you even have legally obtained recordings of him saying "lol, I just deleted everything and blamed it on him, lol, lmao". It doesn't matter because in order to sue someone you have to send it to their address, and according to the government, they don't exist at that address, and they don't exist in America because their work visa expired so how could you have possibly worked with them or sued them? This is another reason why companies hire curries, because you can basically get them to take a massive shit on your behalf and nobody can sue you for it since you can just claim it was their own decision and you fired them as soon as you found out. H1Bs aren't citizens and don't have social security numbers so you don't have the protection against "what if they just go and get another AirBnB and stay somewhere else in 5 mins and change their name". So every system put in place to protect you only ends up hurting whites who actually are doing business the legit way.
A similar phenomenon exists at the DMV. If you live here legally you have to provide your property taxes receipt and you had to have paid them as they actually look it up, you have to provide a bunch of bills to prove that it's you (yes they use bills as identification that you live somewhere), you have to do so much shit but every brown foreigner faggot just has to show their passport and they can get a temporary license. I've been at DMVs before and overheard conversation where some white grandma was having a huge fight with them because she didn't have one shitty document and now she had to drive back home an hour without a license (to which they had no solution for except "gEt aN uBer" which means paying a foreigner), meanwhile some brown faggot in line who couldn't speak 3 words of english flashed his passport and got a license.
Again we put up with this "because it's not so bad and we only collectively waste a little time on it every year when you take the entire nation into account" but as time goes on and on democrats will just keep seeing what they can get away with and before you know it you'll have to be brown to get on the highway because semi-trucks in the future will come equipped with giant ass bumpers to absorb brown people's inability to drive so as a white guy you won't be able to survive repeatedly paying car repair bills.
