objectively speaking the art can look cute sometimes though maybe it's just me, i think there's so many clashing colors? i'm all for saturation (albeit i do this a bit in my own art) but something about ranging from the bright colors to some of the awkward anatomy leaves me kind of perplexed with whether or not this art can be considered "sjw" (besides the obvious race projecting)

It's a real shame to see artists with this level of skill and clear love for their work waste themselves on nonsense. But they're drawing characters from a children's doll brand so there wasn't much hope for them to begin with.

Also judging by the areas the last part of the base campaign and the last part of the indigo disk DLC take place in, someone with mobility issues may want to sit that one out.

I can tell you didn't try to look up his story. Kieran just cared about the ogre/Ogerpon in a time everyone in his home village though she (Ogerpon is a female Pokémon) was an evil Pokémon that'd steal people's faces if encountered at night. He spends the entirety of The Teal Mask wanting to find her, meet her, and let her know that he didn't believe she was evil unlike everyone else only for his sister and player character to do so instead and hide it from him.

The reason Kieran "refuses to speak about the ogre" in The Indigo Disk is because, at the end of The Teal Mask, Ogrepon chooses what's basically a rando, the player, over him, someone who held deep admirance towards her. This leaves him bitter and sends him on a spiral where he becomes the strongest trainer in Blueberry Academy solely so he can beat the player character later on. He is even furious when the player uses Ogrepon against him, like they're mocking him.

So yes, Kiwilurk is right, the flag is just another flavor of bisexual and adds nothing to the character.​

This tells me they don't just support 'gender affirming' surgery on kids, they'd be enthusiastic about it, praising and raving and gushing over them. And it's not just stupid teens following stupid trends, it's often these very skilled adult artists egging this on. You know, those adults in fandom kids love to look up to..?

No, I did not look up anything about the character because I frankly do not care about pokemon games past Second Gen to be honest with you. But I appreciate the information and context given. Without it, it looks really sketchy, especially knowing the pedos that run around the community.

My "This is suspect" alarms go off whenever anyone throws the quintessential "Monster/Alien Fucker" sexuality on a Pokemon Trainer for any reason. Because in my experience that's the label often used as code for pokezoos or any other sort of fictional creature zoophiles in these groups.

Judging from the info that they've obnoxiously posted, they're a Nigerian living in Ireland? She'd probably be jailed if she was still in her native Nigeria.

I see so cases like her. After immigrating from shithole countries or growing up as first-gen children of immigrants, they spiral out of control now that they have a taste of Western "freedom". I can only imagine the disappointment that her parent(s) may have. One of my Nigerian classmates didn't attend an all-boys private school back in Nigeria cause the dad was afraid he'd become gay or troon out.

You'll never see backlash against that art the same way Western Pokemon fans lost their shit over fanart lightening Nessa's skin (who for the record, is just a dark-skinned character. The Pokemon company has never said she's considered "black" and due to its fantasy setting, generally avoids real-life connotations of race/ethnicity/nationality/etc).

What? Omnisexual is literally just Pansexuality. It's. Literally the exact same thing!

This awfully reminds me of people who identify as being demisexual/demiromantic. No, you being like most people in this world and preferring to have sex or getting into a relationship with someone you have close, emotional ties to is not some special sexuality. It's not called being "Demisexual/Demiromantic", it's called being a regular human.
