Even if Imane successfully sues for libel or hurt feelings or whatever, a judge isn’t just going to award him the rights to Harry Potter.

What the judge should do is award damages proportional to the actions, which will just be a cash settlement.

Imane can’t prove loss of earnings or other assets as a result of mean words on Twitter. It’s not like he is a CEO and Rowlings statements caused investors to panic and clients to withdraw.

@Gondolindrim For some reason I can't reply to your post. The emboldening of troons has led them to believe that anything and everything can be theirs if they screech online about it for long enough. All they know how to do is threaten, harm, steal, invade, and destroy. There is no creation nor originality, certainly no peacefulness, just the bastardization and rape of what already exists. And it's never enough. There is no satisfying them.

It doesn't help that these porn addicted AGPs have access to the internet and are terminally online. It's been proven that group therapy for predators is dangerous because it validates them. They all coddle one another and pat each other on the back, saying it was wrong that they were caught and punished. Then, they proceed to sharing tips and tricks on how to be sneakier, where to hide cameras in the bathroom next time, how to manipulate judges and juries, and so on. Social media is their group therapy. It's an enabling tool that they can access whenever they want for as long as they want.
