This right here exemplifies a key problem with Libertarian politics, which becomes a disaster in a larger scale role. A lot of Libertarian "Live and let live" policies assumes a world in which -no actor wlll take advantage or abuse it-. Which is hopelessly naive. It is also why it tends to work better at the local level, more individual control and ability to factor in existing groups.
There's also the fact that you can walk up to a local Libertarian shitting things up and shoot them in the head if they are actively shitting things up a whole lot easier than you can do that to a Libertarian governor that sells out their state to corporations.

Like I said, the Swifties and Beyonce Stans are going to kill the democrats before any of those fake protestors do. Hell hath no fury like a pop enjoyer scorned. People rated me optimistic, clearly they underestimate the power of obsessive and adoring fans.

Lying about a pop performance for your political rally is not only angers the beehive, it will stain your image with the scent of a desperate deceiver.

Do not sleep on the element of pettiness when it comes to celebrity culture.
As a rule I don't start political conversations. I know I'm not a normie, but i hang out with a lot of them. I was at a fucking house party yesterday and there were political conversations. The women hated the lie about beyonce. Everyone there was fed up with inflation and knew foting for the old oalkand kam would make things unaffordable, and oddly enough the consensus was that RFK is a bit of a kook but what the dnc did to him crossed a line.

But hey, orange man bad, they will remember to vote blue to stop fascism and save democracy™

Exactly why I agree somewhat with the libertarians who still have rules and limits on things not the idiotic "we are a gay couple who grows weed and owns guns XD!!". We really need hard set rules on things, realistically I think we need a new political party that isn't run by the retarded and hyper rich. Problem is getting people to stop voting for the main 2.

The fucking purity tests are so tiring. It really puts a damper in wanting to believe in anything.

In my opinion if you're a grown adult caught with a small amount of hard drugs well I think that's a health problem not a criminal matter. That makes me "libertarian" in a sense. But then there's gonna be a SHITHEAD like Nick Rekieta having a ounce of cocaine in a house filled with children. I can't be libertarian enough to think that makes any damn sense.

I see online motherfuckers crying that a 2nd Trump administration isn't going to outright ban abortions. It's not enough for them that killing Roe v. Wade made it so that the states could decide what's good for themselves and their citizens. If they're taken at their word they'd apparently rather have Kamala in office who will try to bring back Roe v. Wade.

Apparently these DNC protests were alot fucking weirder than we thought...
The second video is just Ripley from October 2022, it was even featured.

Brett assaulted a furry’s father at a convention

Mod edit:
Video leading up to the above as found by @alpaca amhole which establishes Rioley is only angry because he was asked not to smoke in a non-smoking zone (which he has got into arguments over in the past, although it isn't clear if it is tobacco or marijuana cigarettes since he smokes both), instigated the fight (choosing to approach when the second party walked away to deescalate while others attempt to stop Rioley), and that it's him ("I pay taxes, my name is Ripley Storm").

The Roe v Wade bit is always hilarious, entirely because Abortion was so fucking radioactive as a political issue that they just kicked the can down the road for almost 50 goddamn years rather than try and actually codify it into law, even when RBG herself would point out it wasn't solid. This shit should've been resolved any time in the past half a fucking century - though 10 gets you 20 Hillary might've done it because "The First Female President makes the most Important Law for Women!" would be such an easy achievement.

Instead, it got used as a wedge issue that entire time, until the Supreme Court apparently decided they wanted to clear some backlog/spite Biden/that fucking intern leaked it, and now its a State issue instead of a Federal Issue. And the ree-ing about it has yet to stop.

Hmm, desperation truly does some strange things to guys. Or perhaps your corrective lens prescription is out of date?
She looks completely fine for her age. She just doesn’t appeal to me because she’s far older than I am.
Libertarianism is a loser's ideology because they're too busy "living and letting live" and "debating the left in the marketplace of ideas" to fucking do anything. Never let evil take root.
The modern Republican Party is basically just libertarianism with a different coat of paint. It fails as an ideology because it lacks morality. Being pro everything is just as bad as being anti everything.

Critique the libertarians all you want, but at least we aren't spending 3 trillion a year enbrownifying the country. Libertarians haven't made a major policy decision in the US in 200 years and we still catch hell. Must be an election year.
I agree with libertarians on a lot of things.

That said, you guys catch a lot of shit because for a lot of talk, you guys somehow manage to nominate even worse candidates than the two party system does, lol.

2016 was your chance to prop up someone viable and to change the way America viewed the third party altogether ... And you guys went with Mr. "What is Aleppo?" instead. A total joke of a candidate.

And this year, your party nominated someone who is arguably even more far left than Kamala Harris is.

There are some groups of libertarians who are "right wing" kind of. They dont support stuff that is obviously detrimental to the country like immigration and even certain things like abortion and drugs, unfortunately I think a lot of the bigger groups either got taken over by huge companies/liberals. so most of the more conservative ones are smaller and pushed out of the main libertarian party.

The 2016 Libertarian convention convinced me, once and for all, that their party is for lolcows. If I hear Dave Smith one more time, I'm gonna lose it.

It should have always and only ever been a state issue.

Libertarians once again bragging about not abusing/misusing the power they don't have.
