The bronies are actually quite defensive of "derpy" - they certainly weren't the ones calling it offensive. You kinda butchered the story, so I'd just like to correct the record. The character they dubbed derpy was actually featured in the show as a klutz, was kind of a big deal, especially the namedrop of "derpy" because that was a name made up by the fandom. Almost immediately after, this one groom going by the name of Yamino started going to media, claiming that the whole thing was somehow an "ableist" attack. Of course, that was bullshit, and the trogon was just looking for attention but this was 2012 and very few had experienced peak troon back then. A lot of these poor saps tried to reason with the tranny, thinking that his campaign was simply the result of being misinformed, and not an act of malice. Of course, this didn't work, and it got all the way to Hasbro, who swiftly reedited the episode to remove the "slur".
The bronies certainly carry many a sin, but "derpy" being labeled a slur is not their doing. Trannies were getting up to their troon censorship antics even back in 2012 - they've certainly kept that accelerator floored ever since.

It does amaze me that there are so many celebrities who are willing to aggressively and publicly flaunt their stupidity. Hamill, DeNiro, Alyssa Milano, Rob Reiner, Ron Perlman,….the list is long and lame.

I guess when you have an industry that rewards you for uttering low IQ political claptrap and a Leftist media that treats you like royalty despite your job requiring little more than that of a trained monkey you begin to believe you’re smart and that people really do want to hear your paper thin thoughts on any topic.

There was a recent crash where one of the inboard propellers failed catastrophically and severed the flight deck from the rest of the airframe. The Front Fell Off jokes are less funny at 20,000 feet. Like most non-Boeing aerospace incidents. that was a maintenance issue.

I am a retired political analyst who mostly worked out of Wisconsin on state politics with some federal freelancing. I will note I can be and -have been- wrong, mainly stemming from the fact that I give my analysis based on how the world should/used to work, and Clown World keeps fucking happening.

With that out of the way, Trump's podcast interviews are actually great. Age is a major factor in this election and this provides a bridge from Trump tot he younger audience to convince them to vote for him. It helps he never does a "how do you do fellow kids", the man is not hiding his age just giving more of a chance to let the younger crowd see past it.,
