Further, the thread in question and KiwiFarms’ hardware continues to host Ms. Mercante’s videos which is an infringement upon her intellectual property rights.
I beg you all to familiarize yourself with the praxeological argumentation for why "intellectual property rights" are nothing but invasions of your property rights to real things. Property rights to physical goods exist as a means to avoid conflict, because physical goods are scarce. Scarcity means that you and I can't use a thing without getting into a physical conflict with one another. "Intellectual goods" are not scarce - once they have been thought of and expressed, they can be duplicated/copied infinitely, without affecting any present or future supply of the intellectual good, therefore it makes no sense whatsoever to have property rights in them.
Like, think about it. If I get an intellectual property right to my melody that prohibits you from whistling it, or lets me insist on a fee if you do, then I as an intellectual property owner have become a (partial) owner of you, your vocal cords and your brain.

"If he does so, this will conclude the matter, and this firm will go back to its usual policy of trying to think about Joshua Moon and KiwiFarms as little as humanly possible. If he fails to heed this friendly warning, we will be forced to change our policy. It is rare for someone to have such control over their own fate. Please advise Mr. Moon to make the most of it."
And it was with, I imagine, Null decided he would never remove this thread. What a weaselly, thinly veiled threat, though we knew earlier this week Alyssa had started their litigation spree.

This should be fun to watch.

They have a policy of thinking of you as little as possible? Wow. Rude.
They have a policy of thinking as little as possible.

This dim bint reminds me of a sentence Dorothy Parker made when asked to use "horticulture" in a sentence.

"You can lead a horticulture but you can't make her think."
