Read a bit of the quoted legal statutes, they say we have to be stalking and harassing her to be considered in violation. Just another case of "I should be able to post publically on a public website and it should be considered private, and if you mock me elsewhere, that's harrassment."

We're hitting a singularity in the number of people connected to others in this lawsuit.

KUSK (every letter is a name, I refuse to capitalize it like a noun) Law is headed by Akiva Cohen; Jewish lolyer who tried to Copyright photos of his kids.

Alyssa Mercante is a strong independent woman sex worker who's in videogame journalism.

Lane Haygood is a lawyer who, from what I can tell, recently became attached to KUSK Law.

Lane Haygood's Paralegal is Kathryn Tewson, who apparently already has a history here with part of Kick Vic.

Liz Fong-Jones is apparently keen in Akiva Cohen's work.

Maybe we can get Anita, Zoey, Greta & Nina, and Keffals to join in on this as well; make it a Greatest Hits lolsuit.

That aside, whether he's a good or bad lawyer, gonna imagine Lane didn't know what he was getting himself into; while everyone else around him is probably rubbing their hands.

If the letter has been honest and said “we want this thread gone because she is embarrassed by it” I could have given them the time of day; but because they say the issue is her address which was “doxed” by public sources I can say “eat shit”.

If you were to look into a lot of modern journos, you wouldn't find working class people. You find rich kids with no direction whose family/inheritance/trust finance their life, while they go around and play social activist; or government plants.

Not to get too off-topic, GameFAQS was like, my original stomping ground where I learned to shit post, back when the Internet was new. A while back, in the GameFAQS thread here, I did some quick math, and concluded that dude never left. And I don't mean he never left like I can still log into my last account I made in 2001 or so; I mean, that dude's karma score is so fucking high, he kept an active message and logged in EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY FOR THE PAST TWENTY-SOMETHING FUCKING YEARS. I never left, because I still have an active account and still use the site off and on, he literally never fucking left, Every God-Damn Day like Alan Roberts would say.

And yeah, GameFAQS went hard with progressive shit, handing out bans because of some side character in a Paper Mario re-release being presented as the true tranny they are.
