Yes, detractors dislike people actually requiring evidence instead of automatically accepting whatever sheds Phil and anyone they don't like in the worst possible light. Considering the type of nonsense people regularly try to pass off about DSP, anyone who doesn't ask to see hard evidence before buying these types of claims is being naive.

Either way though, I think it's silly we're at a point where someone being a disgusting pervert who annoys everyone, contributes nothing, and spends their days tweeting at pornstars about how much he loved their puke porno scenes isn't enough to ban them unless they're into kids too. I'd like clarification on this. You say he "has" these, but does he have them right now? Do you mean "had"? I find it very hard to believe he'd have playlists like that and still have them to this day. Even someone with obviously genuine mental retardation like Derich would see what people are saying about him and remove the evidence once called out. If these playlists are gone, how long ago did he have them? Do you know any actual dates?

It doesn't matter, this wasn't a case of him having a 500 video music playlist that happened to contain one or two videos of young girls genuinely singing a song he had a straight up playlist with 100+ videos called something like Little Girls Pretty alongside other gooning playlists.

He didn't ban Derich voluntarily, PPP straight up told him its us or him.
No one would hold it against him if he banned him as soon as it was brought to his attention or if he did it when they asked him today. It took PPP giving him an ultimatum to finally do it, and even during his decompression stream he still said he didn't know why he has to ban him if he's never done anything wrong in his chat before.
