I can feel the desperation in Nick's filings.
You can also see it when he feigns deep hurt and offense over being reported to the child protection authorities, or puts on a sad face over “people who know [his] character” not supporting him.

Nick is milking every possible advantage for all they’re worth. It’s not a bad strategy, but it sure is transparent and amusing.

This is why I laugh so much whenever we get some smug-balldo-color.png from this absolutely desperate faggot.

Hope he tries that face on the first guy he encounters on the yard in prison.

Its important to not be autistically legalisitic in the analysis here, You have to remember hes a lawyer from Kandiyohi, this is a home game for him. With as much experience as he has a a litigator in front of this bench, he might be able to play toward what the judges really care about personally--or he might just get the benefit of personal good will hes built up over lmao i cant keep it up, get fucked nick
Nick loudly and publicly accused 33.3% of the sitting Judges in Kandiyohi County of having liquor dripping out of their pussy. And he's demanding that the court review the video of him saying it, because he claims that the shorter subject matter cropped clip of him coked out that the cops used is inaccurate and modified.

He's gonna get the "benefit" of all the personal "Good Will" he's built up before this bench all right. That good will is gonna hit him right in the baldo.

At time punch 3:29 Aaron reveals that someone gave out the judge's phone number or email address and told people to contact the judge telling to fuck them etc. etc.

...somebody gave out the either email address or phone number, one of the two some contact information for the judge in Nick's case.

And was, that's a bad idea, yeah.

And was telling people "hey write to this person tell them, you know, fuck them blah blah blah blah blah blah blah all this other shit."

And you're like I have a hard time believing that the old boy didn't have something to do with this one cuz he's got a history of not being able to control himself.

And things are looking really Bleak for the kid right now.

And I'm just like this reeks of "hey would you do this for me."

So this is a nuclear turd you do not want to be touching this.

You don't want to fuck with, oh no, this is, I mean, it's that's bad.

That's, I mean, if I were a lawyer, I would look at him and go "of the three dumbest fuck things you could do I would rank this in there let's not do this again."

Let's let's, try to, you know at this point, if you're Nick's lawyer, you're like "how do I just, I ain't, trying to heal, I ain't trying to suture the wound, I just need to get the shit, stop you from hurt I just need the bleeding to stop that's."

Its so Ethan Ralph. Blows into town. Fucks his friends shit up all over the place. And then just leaves. That's it. Leaves him the topic of some some allegations, and some investigations. And then goes I'm going back to Mexico. Runs from a fight. Runs from a steel. Investigations. And then goes "I'm going back to Mexico."

I was wondering why the police cared that much about Ralph posting Aaron's home address and picture of his house. IF Ralph was telling people to call or email the judge to smack talk him, it makes all of the sense in the world now.

And if Nick was stupid enough to hint all the way around to Ethan that this was something that should be done, without saying it directly, I hope Nick gets his shit properly shoved in for this. Nick is an absolute moron.

No word on where this was posted, or the userid of the person who posted it. Telegram? Video? Stream?

Please god, let this be true, and let the court subpoena Nick and Ralph's conversations. Show that Nick is quite possibly the dumbest wet brain junkie known to man. It'd be so fucking funny. I promise not to ask for anything else this year if you just do me this one solid. Please.

@Dumpster dived waifu I suspect that if Nick prompted this, then it would have been during in person conversations. Hell, they traveled to Wisconsin for lunch.

Given the timing of this and the interest in Ralph advertising his home address and home picture in Telegram. And the cops calling Aaron up the next day to follow up on that. My gut says that whatever was a call to harass the judge probably happened at the same time. Nobody cares about Aaron that much. And Aaron may not be called as a witness since he is a cluster fuck himself.

Ralph and Nick did NOT travel to Wisconsin for lunch. It is a 2 hour strive to the border.

Also, someone ITT identified thr lunch spot based on the background of the group photo. It was in Wilmar and close to thr courthouse.

I'm like 99% sure it was this guy, who deleted the tweet and locked his account:

You can still see some of it on Google:

There's two reactions to his deleted tweet seemingly confirming it:

It would be hilarious if these retarded mental cases harassing the witnesses and the judge actually cause real consequences to Balldo Man. Good jerb Balldo, recruiting these very very useful retards to your cause. Hope that works out for you.

In regards to the video, the arguments made orally didn't match entirely the written argument.

However it is kind of wild for the lawyer to disparage the cop for not using the best evidence and then also admit his client hid the best evidence and it couldn't be viewed. Uh huh.

However, since Aaron referenced the video as been taken off the internet and the cop then mentioned that he had managed to review the video that had been taken off of Nick's YouTube and Rumble, how could the Judge have believed he viewed the original? Let alone for it to be a misrepresentation.

Added to the fact Nick's own lawyer doesn't try to dispute the observations made from the video. So, even if somehow the Judge thought it was an original, what difference would it make? It still showed what the cop stated and it is "the video" since the cop references the appeals ruling lost and finds the Aaron referenced white powder nose. So it's placed in time and that time is within days of the mandatory reporter. I'm not sure if it's allowed to be inferred, but the Judge in the appeals ruling was the search warrant Judge, ironically. At least the cop didn't being up her vodka vagina juice.

Minnesota has strong case history on a distinction without a difference and word semantics and so I'd be expecting this argument is a fail, assuming the prosecutor actually defends it well.

On X Nick takes this much further. In Nick's view the cop not stating explicitly where he viewed the video is a lie. The cop saying the video was taken off of instead of hidden is a lie as well.

The date the cop gives is also a lie, cos technically the stream started on the 20th, not the 21st. Nick doesn't establish how the cop would have known any of these details, but still insists on calling it a lie.

Nick doesn't explain, on X, how any of this hoodwinked the Judge, but instead gets to the end conclusion that it did. He uses circular logic saying the cop didn't need to lie, but did, which is în itself the proof.

Legal arguments are one thing, but Nick trying to convince people on X is quite mind boggling.

The Aaron angle seems to be the claim that the cop understated the level of the falling out. Considering at that time Aaron wasn't purposely helping the cops, this seems a double dumb argument. Anything more would be speculation.

The letter from CPS may be interesting, but ultimately I'm not inclined to believe Nick on it or his lawyer. On X Nick says that the letter shows the abuse claims as "untrue". The lawyer seems to argue that CPS didn't consider it neglect.

If I was a betting man I'd be more inclined to believe that CPS said that the current allegations don't allow them to become involved and that they would need confirmation of drugs presence before they could. This then matches how the CPS case unfolded.

The gun argument, which weirdly seems to be where the lawyer spent most of his time, seems a non starter. The cops can search for drugs anywhere. If they find guns they are allowed to seize them. I imagine at trial Nick is going to return to his claim that since the state can't prove he was using cocaine, the gun charge should be dismissed. Imagine trying to argue to a jury you weren't using the 26 grams of cocaine he had. Not just that, but there would be no reason to use that video to prove possession and so trying to make the argument needlessly brings in the video showing Nick at his worst.

The April argument seems weak.

Kayla said she was the live in nanny and so isn't just visiting . I'm just curious if she said that before or after being given her miranda rights? If after I imagine that would be a problem to use as evidence.

That said, Nick's father referenced her as the nanny in the CPS case and it was the same prosecutor. I'm assuming she remembers that.

If that wasn't enough there is the fact her credit cards were found near cocaine and apparently used to cut it up. I mean...

This is the problem with lies. Trying to pass off April as the nanny to family is a problem when she is then charged with felony possession. I don't think anyone really believes she was a nanny, at least in function, but two people stating it is a problem.

I see you edited your post before I could post this, but the tweet was indeed signal boosted by Nick Rekieta's good friend Dax Herrera, better known as "Juju the Cow" and lesser known as "Dick Masterson".

The poster protected his account now but earlier archives say "this post is unavailable", possibly the tweet was already deleted.

Good jerb Balldo, recruiting these very very useful retards to your cause. Hope that works out for you.
I guess Ralph isn't the dumbest Rekieta ally after all.

We have a thumbnail photo. He works for the Chicago Tribune covering city hall. He shouldn't be that difficult to identify.
No. The tweet was a retweet. Presumably the thumbnail came from a different retweet.

Cached versions of his page show that he often retweets Chicago news, meaning it's probably someone from the area though.

Would this be substantial enough evidence for investigators to pursue, well, an investigation? Or would Rekieta and his strip mall attorney be able to claim that it’s photoshopped/edited fakery?

Let’s be honest. We’re gonna get blamed for it. Like we always do.

That shtick always had a limited shelf life, and it’s expiring. Just like the time has long passed when corporations and politicians could blame their social media fuck-ups on “an intern” and be believed.
