His face maybe the same but I noticed in Top Gun 2 whenever Grandpa Cruise would take off his shirt it'd cut to a bust shot or be filmed 50 feet away so you don't realize the man has a grandpa bod.

Harrison Ford looked like some old grandpa who didn't know why he was there in Kingdom of the Crystal Skull back in 2008 and still looked like the exact same confused old man in the Star Wars sequel trilogy and the recent Indiana Jones abortion.

Something changed with Hollywood actresses being unbearable to work with. Faye Dunaway I'd argue started that trend. As much as Bette Davis disliked Joan Crawford, she cannot deny that she was respectable to the crew and talented.
