Nick was offended someone asked him if he should have consulted with his lawyer before talking about a case tangentially related to his own, he asked them if the chatter "asked someone before doing anything"

Nick just admitted that April did her zoom hearing from his office and was confused why that's so worthy of discussion (her dismissal request hinged on her claiming she doesn't live with Nick)

He also admitted he reads his thread

Hi, Nick

The beginning of a new series of cokestreams?

Nick in not so many words is reiterating this post (And the referenced posts) from @repentance

This happens a lot in long threads. Sometimes people try to correct things the first few times but after that everyone gives up and the inaccurate information passes into lore.

Dan Mullen (Nice, Podcast Stupid/ Chief Fatrick A-log) got him to pause and say sometimes the Balldo wears you.

Nick, you are no longer simply getting mocked on here.

He’s taking like 30 minutes to say something that can be easily stated in under 30 seconds. He loves the sound of his own voice.

The only way out of this for Kayla that I see is if she ensures that Nick "overdoses" on cocaine. Complete plausible deniability. Something that everyone expects as a realistic case scenario. She keeps all of the assets. The kids still get the funding of the trust fund. No more gas lighting for Kayla.

That is of course if Nick doesn't do this to Kayla first. Kayla overdosing would be equally expected. Nick now gets to dump the "destroyed body" of Kayla that he can't "fix." He already has April, the hot new wife to replace Kayla. Instant trade up. And for a Narcissist, this would be guilt free. Oh, and he can say all of the drugs were Kayla's, not his.

I hope that hunter April doesn't see this as an easy way to trade up and take Kayla's place. Being a hunter means she is already used to killing. This time she just needs to make sure that Kayla gets all of the drugs she wants.

JF got away with it. So can any of the three of them.

Literally a conspiracy lol.
All it takes is for a conspiracy is for a government agent to lie

Unlike Nick, he's never lied

EDIT:

Nick just mentioned his ideology on lying:

"If you lie about something that doesn't matter, it doesn't matter. If you lie about something that costs someone $1000 then it matters $1000. When it comes from government and involves your liberty, that's when it matters a lot because it ends with you in jail and excoriated by a public that doesn't know what's going on..."

Nick considers his lies about swinging, drug use, child abuse, his trial "harmless", so he can lie constantly because it "doesn't matter" to Nick.

Probably the most candid and honest thing he's said in his entire life.

The qover all had a good cry together after the hearing, and then April and Kayla took turns pegging him.

EDIT: Oh boy Nicks got some advice for the KiwiFarms.
I hope it is writing advice compliments for my upcoming novel. Nick of the d’Balldovilles is inspired by his writings and I’m very proud of my produced work.

I think this narrative that a good defense lawyer will bring up any challenge under the sun is bullshit. My experience with defense lawyers is only with public defenders and they wouldn’t waste their time, nor their client’s, throwing shit at the wall. Obviously, a public defender’s case load is something that private practice wouldn’t have the same issue with, but I would think the same problem of time and money (which are basically the same thing) would apply.
People keep forgetting this was only a hearing, intended to be as brief as possible. There was zero reason to mention anything not directly relevant to whether or not the charges should be dismissed.
And idk what residue would weigh, but 0.25 doesn't seem like much.
It's a couple of lines, unless you're Tony Montana.
