So far the consensus seems to be no since the offense occurred prior to being placed on probation. I didn't find anything specific to Minnesota, but I happened to see Corey Chirafisi from Kyle Rittenhouse's defense weigh in with an answer to a similar question.

The difference is civil versus criminal, and I think it's an important distinction to make because it throws a wrench into Rekieta's whole "fuck the pigs, fuck the state, I'm being framed and I'll never cooperate" narrative. He could've pursued this in civil court without getting the cops involved. He didn't. Now he's a cuckold and a Ratatouille rat, and he'll never live either down.

Also, I've seen a lot of hate for Melton and his fans in this thread. While I've done a bit of alogging Patrick myself(I have a VERY small show I try to have fun with), Patrick isn't a bad dude from everything I've seen.... And his audience isn't QUITE as stupid as you guys are making out(but you guys did nail the part about 45 year old women, it's the same women that took their tops off for whip em out Wednesdays 20 years ago.)
Sure, you've got a couple of REALLY loud idiots(like most audiences), and this Shuli situation hasn't been a good look for anyone involved, or even talking about it for that matter.
But Melton is a brighter spot in the Dabbleverse, at least IMO. When he's actually applying himself, he can put out some really solid long form content, on a level that very few hosts can.
His Steel Toe Shinebox series is a GREAT introduction to steel toe if you're interested in watching the longer formatted shows. Melton is nice to have when you're first learning about what Aaron does, but once you can see it yourself, it's more fun to watch without Melton's coverage(at least imo)
I don't think a lot of you guys understand this, but Steel Toe was a VERY successful show before NLO locked onto him. NLO had maybe 50 live viewers at any given point when he found Steel Toe.... Steel Toe was making 3-500 in donos a show at that point...
This was about a year and a half ago. What a long ways we've come since then... Or in Aaron's case, what a long ways he's sank.......

Not just to female friends either. I've had female friends show/tell me all about guys doing this. My favourite is when a guy has some prop to show as reference for their size, like a pop can and they're either equal size or smaller.

Women gossip. Mock men with their friends. Who knew. That happens dick pics or no dick pics.

And yet women still share them and WANT to see the pictures. It isn't like they are saying "Ooo no, put that away." Thou dost protest too much.

The mockery is all about 1) Bragging that you got sent a dick pic, 2) Trying to look like you are not some kind of slut who really likes it to your friends.

So why do men share dick pics? The bottom line is that it works. It gets straight to business. The woman will either reject you immediately or be down to fuck. What kind of ratio do you really need to make this worth while for a man. 1 in 10? 1 in 20? It cuts out one hell of a lot of crap in side discussion, guess work & wasted time. Hell, you can even skip the first date. Either a woman is into you, or she isn't. The faster you figure that out, the less time and money men waste.

Also, as a side note, that activity is apparently now a felony in Minnesota that could get you sent to prison for 3 years and lose your right to vote.
