Not technically relevant if the pic shared wasn't one she'd shared publicly. And did she post full frontal nudes? Haven't heard that. And I haven't seen the bottle pic, just the Hedonism II (allegedly) pic and some glamourshot that rendered her completely unrecognizable. But those are different than a full nude pic. And again, not legally relevant.
